Forgot the main suit to pack and it was a birthday gift Didn t refund in 13 days Send wrong sizes and still not send the right size Poor customer service and careless dumb workers Suits quality is fine

Never ordering from Laam again

I ordered Ali Xeeshan outfits LAAM-457556 for delivery to Karachi One outfit was delivered late and the second outfit delivered on time arrived defected Compared to the picture of the outfit dupatta on Laam website the dupatta delivered has a very thin border missing a whole line of lace gota on two sides I immediately contacted Laam with pictures At first Laam refused to acknowledge the defect and then after acknowledging it offered no support to receive a replacement dupatta Their solution was that I can return the whole outfit in exchange for a store voucher and purchase the outfit in a new order with that voucher This of course has a new and long shipment timeline that doesn t fit with the timeline of the events for which I need this outfit I have since followed up many times with Laam over email to just replace the dupatta but no response I had the outfits delivered to Karachi but I live in the Netherlands so it s been a real challenge to follow up with Laam customer service with the time difference I don t recommend Laam generally but especially to overseas Pakistanis as the customer service is very poor You will be stuck with no outfits for your wedding events last minute and since you don t live in Pakistan you also cannot grab a last minute outfit from the mall or something Needless to say this was my first and last experience with Laam Edits Dec 17 Laam is in contact with me I will update this review based on how my issue is resolved Dec 21 I returned the old outfit in exchange for a new piece of the same outfit that Laam promised would be without defects Today the new outfit arrived and unfortunately the dupatta has the exact same issue as before

I would NOT recommend ordering from Laam if you re getting it delivered to the U K I ordered from them previously and never been charged customs but this time I have been charged 70 for an order of 115 and 20 del I thought I was saving money by ordering from Laam but I ve just paid more than I would have if I ordered from a reseller or directly from the designers website Update I have checked the U K custom laws and believe customs are only charged on order values of 135 and over my order value was around 115 as mentioned above however laam declared it as much higher I hope this can be resolved by laam as it their mistake

Customs and tax charges

At first i was having problems with the delivery company that they use which is fedex Totally rubbish I emailed to reaarrange delivery to my mums house which was 2 doors away because i was at work They didnt do that and took my package back to the depo After many phone calls cus these were my eid suits they finally delierd the package on monday which was 3 days later Anyway now i have been sent a tax invoice from fedex for 73 80 That is absolutley ridiclous I have orderd from various companies in pakistan and have never been asked to pay this If i bought the suits from uk they would still be cheaper then what this is costing me I have an order pending which i will now definatley be cancelling Really upset as this is far too much money

I bought for the first time from laam First dress was really nice well stitched and good quality Second was completely different cheap material threads coming out low quality So the emailing started back and forth at least 10 times I sent them numerous pics First they said they will give 10 back then 15 back It seems like there is a bargaining going on They just repeat the same thing over and over again They are so shortsighted that if you resolve some issue fairly they will get a loyal customer Whoever runs this place has zero business sense Good customer service is a hallmark of a successful business

Bad custom service

AoAI ordered from Laam for my sister s Nikkah event on 09 29 22 and the event was in november so they had plenty of time to deliver I chose a beforehand payment online and they confirmed my order but they never delivered my dress to my address and blamed it on the address being wrong I tried to get in touch multiple times to try to get a refund but they just forwarded my message to customer service and never reached back to me never refunded me for my order so I personally don t trust laam that much this was a bad experience for sure

Ordered 2 suits together for the first

Ordered 2 suits together for the first time from Laam but the delivery arrived for the clothes separately only 2 days apart I ended up with 2 fedex tax invoices one for 79 and the other 69 definitely wasn t happy as I ve never had to pay tax before when I ve purchased clothes from other pakistani designers

Laam s shipping cost is extremely high

Laam s shipping cost is extremely high now If i want to order 32 000 s items it would cost me 34 000 in shipping cost This shipping cost makes no sense Laam s customer service is also incompetent They do not respond on time every time someone responded i had to repeat the whole long story of my issue Every time new individual messages and they do not read the chat history I also received an item without pant and they told me to pay for shipping to send it back when i already paid such high shipping cost just to get them to me
