Ordered around 8 dress but all of them the quality was worst the most costly was the most worse On contacting them they wanted to show the defect in the materials delivered which the camera would not capture Lost some money never would recommend them PLEASE STAY AWAY They just replied to the review here and not answering my queries in whatsup

Clothes were good just the delivery was an issue They were supposed to deliver my item within 48 hours but delivered after a week Which is why I couldn t go to the events I was invited to my clothes arrived very very late Don t trust Laam go shop yourself from store

Horrible quality slow shipment and sneaky customer service

Ordered from them before it was fast shipping although the quality of products are super low But on my recent orders I notice that they NEVER ship out the products even after months When you ask customer service where your order is they will give you a lot of stories or ignoring you so I will never go back Their customer service sucks poor quality of products super slow shipment UNRELIABLE

Very bad experience Delivery was supposed to come in 48 hours but came in 2 weeksAnd still when it arrived the product was ripped then when i asked for replacement or return they denied And their customer service is very bad sometime replying at 1am at nightWould not recommend

Horrible customer service

I am trying to communicate with the customer service from last Saturday it s a week now all they are telling me is the partial order will be shipped in 24 hrs I will get tracking ID to track order Upto doorstep on Ur email it will take 4-6 days for international orders to be delivered Are 24 hrs as long as 6 days My estimated shipping date was 15th Dec 2 dresses were late so I asked them to sent the rest they agreed but nothing is done about it yet I am travelling out of the country of delivery which is Kuwait on 31st Dec for a wedding for which I need the clothes You guys have peaked my anxiety levels to another high I have a wedding to attend on 3rd Jan and the order is for 3 people what will I do if the order doesn t reach on time you guys are just making me crazy I did a big mistake ordering from LAAM I am in literal tears while typing this

Everytime i have placed an order after two months they cancel it and update as unavailable Extremely horrible customer service They never send orders avoiding paying upfront as refund is another hassle of months

Messed order no compensation received

My order was nearly worth 200 and I got absolutely rubbish clothes and poor customer services in return If you live abroad then avoid them as they will send you rubbish stuff which you won t be able to return it for free They have messed up my order and not apologetic at all How pathetic is that please avoid them Now I m using buyer protection via bank to open a case against them

Really disappointed abot the service at LAAM Never ever buy anything from them if you are living abroad Ordered two dresses and got informaition that one of them is out of the stock and the refund has been sent to my account It has been more than a month now and no refund has arrived Do not trust this company if you live abroad It is extremly difficult to deal with them They sent a proof abot the refund which was sent to me according to them Just words Wrong dates and wrong amount No any proof Seems I am never going to get back my money Buy from serious companies or direct from the brand you are interested in There has not been any explanaition or any appologize done from LAAM They just send short messages again and again and again telling different dates in each message when the refund was sent They are cheaters Never again LAAM Horrible experience Avoid this company if you dont want to get in trouble Shame on you LAAM
