I ordered a pair of shoes

I ordered a pair of shoes I haven t received an email regarding whether or not laced has received the shoe from the reseller In short words I don t know what s going on They said expected delivery date should be the 15th but I haven t gotten an email yet

Fake shoes

I bought a pair of trainers for 130 Everything seemed ok until I recently tried to re sell after me wearing them a couple of times In order to sell you must get them authenticated Which it then come back they were counterfeit I obviously didn t believe as I thought a website like laced wouldn t sell fake items But I got them authenticated for a second time and they are fake I emailed customer service and they said they cannot help and didn t seem fazed

Wouldn t recommend

It s okay but overall wouldn t order from the company again The return process was a joke and I m down 15 thanks to you The point of shopping is to get some you re happy with and if not having the luxury of returning it and getting your money back but no you get robbed I understand that I needed to pay for the return fee but come on not 15 That is a scam The customer service team takes forever to reply as well made me feel unease the whole time

This is my first purchase from you and the shoes never arrived You might say it s the fault of Royal Mail as they sent me a photo of delivery which is obviously not where I live I have exhausted every channel to try and locate the item and of course I wanted to turn to you for help too But as you would have known there s no customer service on your website A great lesson for me to never shop through you again

I ordered a pair of Ugg Tasmans over 3 weeks ago I ve had zero follow up emails to notify me about the progress of my order Really upset about it as the order was a Mother s Day gift that still hasn t arrived nor still not an email

My trainers that I ordered were left in my neighbours garden by royal mail and now I have not received them I an left inconvienced by this and disappointed I will not order from this website again

taken my money but no order confirmation

I ordered some Jordans and the money was deducted from my account but no order confirmation was sent to me On my laced account there is no order history Almost like I never made the order yet the money was still taken from my bank I even saw this has happened to somebody else recently too not good enough sort it out

No confirmation of a paid for item

My Daughter paid for a pair of trainers using her own card she has not received confirmation of her paid for item however the money has been deducted from her account as pending We would like to cancel the order and receive a full refund back We do not have any order number or confirmation of bill of sale only a bank transaction

Don t be fooled - Not our problem

I bought a 175 pair of Nike sacia I viewed laced as a premium site for premium goods The soles both split after around six months I got the reply below from laced which is just pathetic Last time I will be using laced 20 Mar 2024 17 20 GMTHi Neill Thanks for reaching out I m sorry to hear there s a problem with the shoe s durability Unfortunately once the shoes have been worn and the Laced authentication tag has been removed Laced can t be held responsible for any damages faults that occur and we are unable to make a refund We require all shoes that are eligible for a return to have the authenticity tag attached to be unworn undamaged and to come with the original box As these now do not fall into our guidelines we are unable to process this further Please accept our apologies and if there is anything else I can help you with please do not hesitate to get in contact

Do not order This is the second time I ve been asked to leave a review without even receiving my package I ve reached out to customer service and all they said was that it was transferred to a third party but the tracking has not updated in weeks Extremely disappointed after reading promising reviews
