I bought a pair of Ugg Ultra Low Mini

I bought a pair of Ugg Ultra Low Mini boots for my daughter The boots were fine and as described and delivered quite quickly What I dislike about companies like Laced is that they know stock is low at the moment for these items and hike up the price knowing that parents will have to fork out It s taking advantage of people and I actually hated having to buy them from you at the ridiculously inflated price Happy Xmas

It was good to find a product that was

It was good to find a product that was out of stock everywhere However you do pay the extra cost for that Also after paying the extra cost of the product I thought the very expensive delivery charge a bit much Not sure if I would use laced again

Poor returns process and postage charge

Good service but a bit of rigmarol to request a refund having to send loads of specific photos uncessary really But we did receive a refund however we had to pay 9 postage Shoes that we returned looked good though

Faulty Uggs

Updated review Once I got hold of the customer service team they sent me a returns note and issued a refund Main criticism is the email address to use is not easy to find I bought a pair of ultra mini Uggs for my daughter for Christmas Paid over the odds but didn t mind as they were so hard to get and she really wanted them They are faulty The seam is open and they have never been worn Labels still attached completely as we received them I have emailed customer service over and over but have had no response I am reluctant to just send them back without some assurance that I will be refunded

Good delievery time but

Good delievery time overpriced but alright I understand you have to make a profit when running a business However although I m pretty sure the shoes are authentic the original tags are taken off for some reason and they look worn when advertised as brand new They only let you return for store credit as well which is dodgy imo

ORDER 737352 With laced Made an order with laced Saturday 27th January 2024 Was not cheap and was my first time using them Emailed there couple of times to see what is happening still no email back Keep checking order update no order update on my account with them Now starting to feel I ve lost 155 Two emails sent to see what is going on not one reply So far I won t be using this company again Go on my account on laced com check order update just says we have Received your payment Not one update since Saturday when I made the order

Clearly not first hand products

As a parent with no prior knowledge of the site it is not immediately apparent that this is a 2nd hand market place Upon receiving the trainers and being concerned about the condition of the box we read through through the T Cs Only then did we understand that the gift we had bought was not first hand new retail Buying for self might have been okay but as a gift it s clearly not new
