Scuff easily but clean easy comfortable

The platform-sock boots I got were not only cute but also realllly comfortable I wore them out for the first time during an outdoor party and had a blast dancing in them Only thing I will say is that they got scuffed rather easily the shoes are all white leather faux leather I got my first scuff just sitting in the car during the ride TO the party before the night even began I don t even know how So I only put 4 5 stars for that but it was fine because it came out pretty easily with some leather cleaner

You ll always get compliments

I got the Candyfloss Love Knee High Platform Boots in Red Heart and the Spring Fling Platform Ankle Boots in November 2021 and have absolutely adored them since I get so many compliments every time I wear either of them and the platform actually makes them comfortable to wear all day The only thing I don t love is that they scuff easily but for the sale price and the style I think it s worth it for me I m definitely going to keep an eye out for more sales and buy more for my shoe collection

Really great overall

Really great overall The price was a steal and the boots were very lightweight and comfortable Shipping was fast especially since I m in the US They do scuff sort of easily but most boots do so well worth it

Affordable and really cute

Affordable and really cute I have quite a few pairs and some are more comfortable than others but overall not bad 4 stars because i did have to glue part of the shoe back on after walking a bit in them But for 40 boots I m not mad about it

Really Nice

This was my first time ordering directly from Lamoda directly I had previously tried their boots through a more local US based vendor I like that there are wide options for those of us with thicc thighs I also love the square and rounded toes featured on many of their designs as I have wide feet and I can usually wear my boots for an entire workday without too many problems I suggest measuring your foot to get a more accurate sizing for your shoe

Good customer service

I ve bought 3 different pairs of Lamodas all at different times The first two pairs both platform boots were perfect The fit was just as expected and the shoes have held up to use very well I recently placed a third order for a non-boot style shoe the Girl from Mars platform heels I ordered in the same size I usually do UK 5 US 7 when the shoes arrived they hadn t been packed like they normally are leading to the shiny material being scuffed The shoes were also much much smaller than expected I couldn t even get my feet in I emailed customer service and explained the problem the person I spoke to was lovely and got me replacement pair in a larger size ASAP It took 10 days from the initial email till I had the replacement in hand considering international shipping this was a really quick turn around The replacement pair was perfect no scuffs and fit just right I would highly recommend Lamoda just maybe order a size up however if you do have an issue with your order I feel that the company can help you resolve it

Mixed experience

I have a mixed experience their shoes ARE comfortable but the shoe wide calf sizes are deceiving I checked the size guides and they don t show the chart for calves Take it at your own risk but I also ordered a fourth time and took the risk of ordering thigh high boots one of them fits JUST right but I specifically ordered another pair of thigh high boots that were meant to be wide calf I m not even that wide but I do need to wear that size I m waiting for my exchange or at this point my refund cause I don t want to have same shoes only to not fit me I think I d prefer my money back for THOSE shoes Each shoe has its chances of fitting and not fitting

Fabulous shoes

I have two pair of platforms Sandals and boots and i am OBSESSED lookswise The quality is mesmerizing and they are actually very comfortable to wear The only problem is that the boots dont fit my calves but i guess i need wide calve boots all in all incredibly fabulous shoes for fabulous people I recommend ordering half a size bigger 3

Had a really good experience

Have recently needed to speak to customer services with an issue relating to returned items The customer service was great very polite and helpful and surprisingly supportive I have since ordered more from Lamoda and the shipping was 2 days which was amazing and following how great the service was I would recommend them to friends

Heart heels boots are spectacular

I ordered So Chic Platform Ankle Boots and those are super pretty It had been shipped so smoothly and delivered within 5 days However the reason why I rated 4 stars is inner soles of boots have peeled off since I ve wore twice It has resolved to use additional insoles though Anyways I m grateful to have those
