Scam I ve just finished conversation with my bank replacing my card Not only do this f s take 29 95 from my account but they also set up a subscription for future dated payments my bank informed me about this So avoid if you don t want unnecessary headaches

Foolishly thought I was on the Land
Foolishly thought I was on the Land Registry website Too late realised I wasn t and requested refund from Paypal nothing had been received Also emailed the website and threatened to go to the You and Yours BBC consumer programme Received an almost immediate refund I will be more savvy next time there are lots of sites like this that charge lots of money for something that s much cheaper from the genuine website - 3 instead of 14 95 in this case

It s a scam
Wish I had read all of these reviews I paid 30 and have received nothing despite their promise of delivering documents via email in 1 hour I will now endeavour to get a refund from PayPal and report to relevant body Like many on here I also thought I was on Land Registry website lesson learned

This is such a scam - why didn t I check on Trust Pilot before clicking what looks like a Government website and then ordering details for 14 95 and getting no response My brother said it cost 3 but landregistrysearches com kept coming up first Ugh

I too have now fallen victim to these robbing thieves No telephone number emails ignored and information provided useless These thieves should be taken down and prosecuted for fraudulent advice service AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Definitely a scam Paid for deeds that show responsibility T markings etc Got sent an inaccurate and generic outline of my property and thats it No response to any emails No chance of money back although I will report to my bank as online fraud

SCAM SCAM SCAM don t give them your
SCAM SCAM SCAM don t give them your credit card details they take the payment and you get nothing back Advise cancel credit card too as who knows who they ll pass your payment details onto - get a replacement card don t risk it Reported to Action Fraud but please everyone else do the same to get them closed down
