Wrong sizes for my wife we even used a tape measure and used her old bra sizes for comparison even going up a size It was still about 8 inches smaller than what we bought

AWFUL Wrote a bad review on an item and of course it disappeared Poor quality overpriced AND was charged a return label fee to send it back I cancelled a backorder and will shop elsewhere in the future

Ordered a embroidered sun dress small It did come fast but was the size of a large It was below my knees It was not embroidered but spray painted flowers on it The material will get sun since it was so cheap that you could see through it Cheap polyester Never again

The clothing is very cute in the catalogue The quality is poor The fabric just stretches out so it never fits right One item I ordered I washed according to the instructions and it shrunk They wouldn t give a refund but sent me a new garment Same result It shrunk I will not order again

I wouldn t give it even one star I ve bought from Venus fir years without incident but Lascana I ll never buy from them again Their agents are rude not helpful at all and could care less They charged me for one of the two items I bought then charged me twice for the two items I did buy You can t tell them anything and expect a resolution because they don t care I ve spent an hour trying to get this resolved I told them to cancel the single item charge and they sent it through anyway They aren t cheap either Now after reading the reviews I except the product will be crap as well

I wouldn t give it one star if I didn t have to I bought from this company because the item I was looking for was out of stock with Venus which I buy from often It was so different than what the pictures portrayed The color was so off The pictures showed pink and white but the dress was filled with an ugly brown and even black The material just felt gross TBH and cheap It s a disgrace to pay s h both ways when it was NOT what I was expecting in color quality or cuteness And the price VERY HIGH in general but after receiving it OUTRAGEOUS

I recently purchased the fringe cardigan based on details and photo which shows a black and gray background with white fringe I was shocked when I opened the package and discovered that the fringe is not even close to white it is a yellowy beige color ALL DETAILS ON AN ITEM SHOULD BE LISTED

Bathing suits Poor quality disappointing

I ordered 2 pairs of bathing suits One of them had a defect bra I returned it and was waiting for a new one for 3 weeks Finally it came in and guess what Another defect I returned them all Poor quality of sawing material etc Prices are high and the quality is so poor

Very disappointed I ordered some clothes for my upcoming trip on Thursday night paid extra for 2-day shipping Monday comes and the order was not even touched when chatting with a representative I was told that Friday 9 11 was a holiday in Florida not cool to use the day to make excuses Any recommendation for a clothing store that actually delivers

I have ordered many times I like their products but the customer service is terrible Also watch the shipping I qualified for free shipping but it was added after the fact I will now have to take my original order showing the amount and the adjusted invoice and file a dispute with the bank It isn t the amount I just find it too shady to deal with again
