I bought a LaserPecker Pro a few years ago and was very impressed with it The build quality was great and it was very sturdy The only slight flaw was the tripod It isn t very sturdy compared to the other components as the legs do not lock in place and it is easy to change the height if you were to move it at all Because of the type of laser it is and the design it is not the fastest laser out there But the portability that you have with it is a real bonus It is very easy to pack up and take anywhere with you so that as long as you have a power source you can engrave I was so impressed that only 2 days after getting my LaserPecker Pro I signed up to order the LaserPecker 2 Then they came out with the LaserPecker 3 which is a fiber laser instead of a diode laser so it can engrave other materials All 3 of these lasers are portable with the PL2 and LP3 having they added bonus of being able to run on battery power I am hooked on my lasers and can t wait to play with them a lot more in the coming months

Very good and fast response They are very friendly and the Communication on Messenger is really fast They look for real solutions if you have any problems I will buy again in future

I had a Problem with my Laserpecker 2 After contact with the support they did really everything that i get a new Laser Conversation was pretty good and i was always informed about the netxt steps Thanks a lot

I run a small business of customized product and was looking for fiber laser when I found out the LP2 but unfortunately it wasn t the best type of laser for my metal products I eventually wait for the new LP3 and have received it a month ago and I couldn t make a best purchase the compromise of engraving quality and the cost is one of the best of the market I also have to say a big Thank you to the customer service especially to May because I ve got a little issue with the delivery and they have been so helpful and even more I do recommend the LP3 for everyone looking for a small portable fiber laser Customization are fantastic and they are still working to improve the app and so on Another important point the Facebook community is really active and very helpful if you have any question Good job LP team

Were engraving on Anodised aluminium black and the results come out extremly well Were now using on a production scale and have purchased a second No issues with delivery payment or service

When I received my LP2 I was very excited to use it It was very well built and easy to get started using it However a short time after it stopped working I communicated with the company about it being defective and after their suggestions to try and figure if it was really defective they had me send it back I received my repaired unit a couple weeks after I sent it back And it works great I cannot emphasize enough how great the customer service has been We were in constant contact the whole time and they responded very promptly Thanks again to the customer support team for all their help and getting my unit fixed so promptly I m looking forward to working with my Laser P2 on many projects

Amazing product It all started with the absolute perfect packaging It s well made The materials feel professional and the hard case along with the power bank were a nice airport for me Well done guys keep up the good work

Stopping by to leave a positive word regarding a fantastic experience that I recently had when dealing with the LP2 support team A special mention to May whom graceful and professionally handled my case I was having a enjoyable experience on using the LP 2 to improve the presentation of my crafted products that I sell on line and locally on high street outlets when suddenly the machine died I tried everything but could no longer get it to work I then got in touch with LP2 support and was assigned to May to deal with my case She immediately sorted things out and suggested that I sent the machine s laser head to a storage facility in UK and provide her with prove of posting that she would post me a brand new laser head directly from factory And so today 20th of September I have received the replacement just as promised I m please my LP 2 is back in action A big thanks to LP 2 team and specially to May of the support team
