Excellent company in the laser engraving sector and with impressive quality in addition to wonderful service from all employees I already have 2 LaserPecker machines in my business and I m going to the third God willing thank you all very much

LP1 Pro the LP2 and the LP3

I have purchased the LP1 Pro and was so impressed I signed up for the kickstarter to purchase the LP2 I know there were a lot of problems with people having to wait a very long time to get their lasers but I feel most of the problems were beyond the control of LaserPecker LaserPecker was slow to respond to some people s complaints or requests for more information regarding the problems with shipping etc and I feel a lot of that had to do with the different languages involved LaserPecker did make great strides to remedy that and has improved dramatically in that regard I found that the biggest delays were due to the shipping companies having to deal with all the problems caused by Covid such as the ships being either stuck in port before they could even leave China and those that did manage to get out were stuck waiting to get into port to unload once they got to the countries they had to deliver to Once the people started getting their lasers they seemed extremely happy with the final product for the most part Of course there were some that still weren t happy which can be said of any product I personally was so impressed with the product and the service improvements that I ordered the LP3 as soon as I could so that I can now engrave the items that a diode laser isn t capable of doing Now that I have my LP2 I sold my LP1 Pro as I knew I wouldn t be using it any more And now that I also have an LP3 I am even more happy and excited because I feel the sky is the limit for what I can do with the 1 drawback of the size limitations But the fact that it is so portable and can be run using the battery I also purchased makes up for that small shortcoming If LaserPecker were to develop a larger format laser I am pretty sure I will be one of the first ones to order it because of the quality that LaserPecker has with their current products I will gladly recommend LaserPecker and their products to anyone that asks as they are that good Thank you LaserPecker

Laserpecker response excellent

I have upgraded my review based on the positive response I have had from May at Laserpecker even though I am not a user I consider the LP 2 a good product even better than my need My original low rating was not because of the Laserpecker product the quick response I received from May at Laserpecker was 5 star My poor rating is due to the continuing number of scammers purporting to be selling the product at ridiculous prices under AUD 100 I believe I was taken in by one of these companies Beachraw ordering at 88 only to have 100 deducted from my account and I am unable to get any response from support beachraw The product is purportedly shipped but I do not expect to see it Not realizing what the manufacturers price was 2 800 now 1 800 and with minimal research I have found the following companies advertising at the same ridiculously low pricing under 100 To name a few BeachrawBuckagileGossas shopVigoreroyCagesprout FKick-startd Shopand othersThe name behind most of these companies is shown as Meledo Company Limited375 SouthamptonRow Great LondonWC1B SHJ United KingdomCompany Number 11736866TEL 4420865414yet the return address was 167 san gan lan Shangjie Community Neighborhood Committee Shangjie Town Minhou Fuzhou Fujian ChinaSubsequently changed to2004 Building 5 Guangming Gangyuan Taijiang District Fuzhou City Fujian Province China We promise that you will get a full refund The Beachraw saga continues they have delivered a 5 USB adapter and said they would refund me if I sent it back or a 40 of the 102 if I wanted to keep the toy They have subsequently offered a full refund if I send it back but the postage is worth more than the toy and what guarantee do I have I just wish to get a Laserpecker 2 as ordered

I first bought a LaserPecker 1 Pro and was so impressed I ended up buying the LP2 3 and 4 as well

I first bought a LaserPecker 1 Pro and I really liked it so I bought the LaserPecker 2 as soon as it came out Then the LaserPecker 3 came out which would allow me to engrave metals and plastics so I just had to have it too I have been very happy with every LaserPecker I bought and the service I received from LaserPecker When I got my LP3 it came with the wrong power cord as it was for the European market and I can t use it in Canada I contacted LaserPecker just to let them know so they could keep an eye out so it wouldn t happen in the future They sent me the proper cord right away even though I told them I didn t really need it as I had a few spare cords from computers which are the same As soon as I heard about the LaserPecker 4 and what it could do I knew I had to have it I pre-ordered it right away and as soon as I could pay for it I sold my LP3 to help pay for it as I knew I wouldn t need it any more but I kept my LP2 as I use it at craft show etc because I can run it on the battery and don t need power I haven t had any problems with any of my LaserPeckers other than user error so I am extremely happy with them I know there have been some problems with the software but that is normal especially when it is new Just look at Microsoft They have been around for decades and they still have software problems All in all I give LaserPecker 5 stars for the quality of their lasers and their commitment to continually improving their customer service
