So I bought a LaserPecker

I bought a LaserPecker Pro a few years ago and was very impressed with it The build quality was great and it was very sturdy The only slight flaw was the tripod It isn t very sturdy compared to the other components as the legs do not lock in place and it is easy to change the height if you were to move it at all Because of the type of laser it is and the design it is not the fastest laser out there But the portability that you have with it is a real bonus It is very easy to pack up and take anywhere with you so that as long as you have a power source you can engrave I was so impressed that only 2 days after getting my LaserPecker Pro I signed up to order the LaserPecker 2 Then they came out with the LaserPecker 3 which is a fiber laser instead of a diode laser so it can engrave other materials All 3 of these lasers are portable with the PL2 and LP3 having they added bonus of being able to run on battery power I am hooked on my lasers and can t wait to play with them a lot more in the coming months

I first bought a LaserPecker 1 Pro and was so impressed I ended up buying the LP2 3 and 4 as well

I first bought a LaserPecker 1 Pro and I really liked it so I bought the LaserPecker 2 as soon as it came out Then the LaserPecker 3 came out which would allow me to engrave metals and plastics so I just had to have it too I have been very happy with every LaserPecker I bought and the service I received from LaserPecker When I got my LP3 it came with the wrong power cord as it was for the European market and I can t use it in Canada I contacted LaserPecker just to let them know so they could keep an eye out so it wouldn t happen in the future They sent me the proper cord right away even though I told them I didn t really need it as I had a few spare cords from computers which are the same As soon as I heard about the LaserPecker 4 and what it could do I knew I had to have it I pre-ordered it right away and as soon as I could pay for it I sold my LP3 to help pay for it as I knew I wouldn t need it any more but I kept my LP2 as I use it at craft show etc because I can run it on the battery and don t need power I haven t had any problems with any of my LaserPeckers other than user error so I am extremely happy with them I know there have been some problems with the software but that is normal especially when it is new Just look at Microsoft They have been around for decades and they still have software problems All in all I give LaserPecker 5 stars for the quality of their lasers and their commitment to continually improving their customer service

I have upgraded my review based on the positive response I have had from May at Laserpecker even though I am not a user I consider the LP 2 a good product even better than my need My original low rating was not because of the Laserpecker product the quick response I received from May at Laserpecker was 5 star My poor rating is due to the continuing number of scammers purporting to be selling the product at ridiculous prices under AUD 100 I believe I was taken in by one of these companies Beachraw ordering at 88 only to have 100 deducted from my account and I am unable to get any response from support beachraw The product is purportedly shipped but I do not expect to see it Not realizing what the manufacturers price was 2 800 now 1 800 and with minimal research I have found the following companies advertising at the same ridiculously low pricing under 100 To name a few BeachrawBuckagileGossas shopVigoreroyCagesprout FKick-startd Shopand othersThe name behind most of these companies is shown as Meledo Company Limited375 SouthamptonRow Great LondonWC1B SHJ United KingdomCompany Number 11736866TEL 4420865414yet the return address was 167 san gan lan Shangjie Community Neighborhood Committee Shangjie Town Minhou Fuzhou Fujian ChinaSubsequently changed to2004 Building 5 Guangming Gangyuan Taijiang District Fuzhou City Fujian Province China We promise that you will get a full refund The Beachraw saga continues they have delivered a 5 USB adapter and said they would refund me if I sent it back or a 40 of the 102 if I wanted to keep the toy They have subsequently offered a full refund if I send it back but the postage is worth more than the toy and what guarantee do I have I just wish to get a Laserpecker 2 as ordered

Great product and equally great software makes it easy to learn and use Communication is a bit slow but they do get back to you
