The company is great quick response to any email enquiries they keep bringing out new updated equipment and continue to share tutorials tips and tricks to help users along the laser engraving journey Their lasers are of very high quality build and functionality is so easy

Firstly

Firstly the product line of the LaserPecker is in my opinion simply amazing I love the quality the engineering behind it and of course results of the engraving Secondly - the Service It is not a typo to write it from the capital S but I really mean it Now days this kind of support is really exceptional - they respond quickly do as much as they can to keep you informed and solve any problem Very happy to choose this company and the Product

My experience has been good

My experience has been good the product took longer than expected to arrive but LaserPecker was always informing me of the process and the reason for the delay which left me quite calm I bought LP 3 and so far it works well I hope it continues like this thanks to the LaserPecker team

I was having trouble with my LP1

I was having trouble with my LP1 I contacted after-sales support through several emails it was decided that I needed to send my Laser head in to them It was still under warranty and they in turn are sending me a new Laser head It should be here on Saturday I have had nothing but pleasant conversations with them I also ordered an LP1 Pro and looking at ordering an LP2 I have other Lasers but the service for LaserPecker has been nothing but GREAT

The LP1 Pro is a great entry level

The LP1 Pro is a great entry level laser I wasn t sure I really wanted or needed a laser and basically at this point all I want to do is burn my logo into my woodworking projects but this device is a great tool Easy to use great results and I ve had fun using it I highly recommend the LP1 Pro as a relatively inexpensive entry level way to have a great experience

Great Machine LP4 and great support

There were a few difficulties with the delivery but thanks to LaserPecker support everything was resolved to my satisfaction I m having great fun with the LaserPecker 4 and the accessories and have already been able to make some relatives and friends happy with personalised gifts

That Guy laser works

I have purchased Lp1 with the adjustable standLp2 with all the accessoriesLx1 Max with all accessories Each one has been unbelievably remarkable the possibilities are endless from laser engraving word to photo engraving on so many different objects I m still waiting for my burn plate for my lx1 max I ve been told by others to just buy any burn plate but every item I ve purchased from laserpecker has been perfect and worth the wait I m excited to get the Lp4 when I can afford itThank you laserpecker and keep surprising us

Happy LP1 user - now upgrading to LP4

Used my first gen LP1 now for some years and still loving it This year I m going to buy the LP4 as I need more power to engrave on metal and other materials that the LP1 does not cover Great product with superbe quality and good customer service Highly recommend this to everyone And now with the possibility to buy it in Europe - will most certainly spread the word and get new happy users of this product

Awesome Customer Service

I had a small problem with my LP baseplate One email later and the problem as been sorted Even though it was Chinese New Year Ivy resolved my problem quickly Great comms great service It s a 10 from me
