they charge without asking you

I booked a flight through last minute com while booking the ticket it showed a lower price after booking it automatically added full flex and charged another 70 more euro be careful of these scammers

GETTING ANY RESPONSE ABOUT A CLAIM

After making a review on 17th September about car hire problem lastminute com were sending the complaint to their claims department they did not tell me of any way I could contact this department As I had not heard anything from them today I once again went on to their chat line As with each time I have tried the chat line to get any information this attempt was also unhelpful I really do not know which way to turn now and it is causing both myself and my wife a great deal of stress I REALLY WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO BOOK A HOLIDAY WITH THIS COMPANY I have given this a 1star rating as that was the lowest I could give but I would like to give it a -5 rating

NO INTEGRITY BOOK DIRECT AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Customer service has been extremely unhelpful If anything goes wrong with your flight you will never be entitled to a full refund due to unfair terms and conditions clauses being buried in the small print Company completely void of integrity they wouldn t even produce a receipt for me Beware if you are ever due a refund last minute reserves the right to charge 45 per person to handle the refund request Appalling standards Charge back would likely help many who are in need Contact your bank for help

Terrible experience with lastminute comI booked flight tickets through them and got a confirmation email and the status order status was Confirmed on their website and 2 days after that they cancelled the booking mentioning they could not confirm it with the airlines By now the flight is 2500euros more expensive and I am left stranded with no flights Customer care would only apologize and not help at all DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM

Beware of Sneaky Hidden Fees and Deceptive Practices

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company The price before checkout was 600 but after clicking Pay it suddenly jumped to 687 and I was charged this fee They bombard you with pop-ups for extra services using old tricks like swapping the positions of Cancel and OK buttons to confuse you Be very careful if you decide to book with them Based on other reviews it seems there are no refunds either This company operates in a very shady manner Proceed with extreme caution

Booked flights to Australia purchased full flex when I had to change there was no help eventually excepted a voucher at a cost Rebooked flights which were then cancelled and advised that it will up to 2 months for refund Family member booked same flight directly with airline and got refunded within 24 hours Any airline that accepts booking with this company is damaging their reputation No matter how attractive the offer is with company do not use them

Complete purchase payment goes through less than 5 minutes later receive automated email to say unable to confirm booking refund will take a few days What s the point Pay the few quid extra or at the very least don t use these

Ripped off when THEY changed our flights

booked 3 of us on flights to Dubai costing 1283 added another bag for 150 They changed the flight out for one with a 15 hour stop over no other alternative so I asked for a refund refund total was 981 over 450 less over and back on the chat Can t speak to an actual person and they are basically saying any issues contact the airline themselves Swiss air won t talk to me because I booked through somebody else Absolutely THE worst company I ve ever had the misfortune to deal with Never again

Bad online experience I read some reviews here all this happened to me as well in one transection They make a flight a painful experience for online buyers This results in people feels like they are robed in day light feel helpless A pain full 4000 euros for an adult with 2 very young kids No luggage cancelled flight holding money for 4 days and then offer a voucher to buy again Trapping people and make their online experienced they worst possible
