I was charged an extra 35 Euro for my flight that didn t show up until after I finished the payment I will not use Lastminute ever again to book a flight

I had to cancel my flights due to Covid

I had to cancel my flights due to Covid and when I got onto lastminute they were prompt with their response They re going to get onto Air France to try get my full refund so I ll give them a 5 star if they do get my full refund but I was so far impressed with response and I did get a good price for my trip

I got a flight cancellation from SAS

I got a flight cancellation from SAS airline and after so many messages to lastminut com and wasting time with unhelpful staffs but finally I got my solution by one great lovely staff sangeetha thank you very much i m really appreciated it

The customer service we received from Terry in Last Minute com was truly excellent Terry was patient very professional and made sure we knew eaxctly what was happening every step of the way I can safely say this is one of the best customer service experiences I have had from any organisation Thank you Terry and Lastminute com for providing real excellence as a service

I booked a holiday about 3 months ago with lastminute com to cuba had bad feeling from start however first flight was cancelled no action from lastminute com until I got in touch with some agent who didn t seem to care much agreed that after whole trip was cancelled full money would be refunded since this was for my husbands birthday to be repaid 0 to 10 days after this is day 10 and no fault by my bank no payment received Do NOT book with lastminute com ever now involving travel insurance Solicitor
