Communication was fast the inspection was booked quickly and I was made to understand in full detail what the survey meant regarding a defect in a certain area of my property The surveyor in question was an enthusiastic gentleman 5 5

I found Laurence Quitler info from internet search They were quick to get in touch and provided honest feedback about the survey required Denise who conducted the survey was very detailed with the findings and recommendations I really liked their professional service and quick service I recommend anyone who is looking for reasonable yet through survey while purchasing any property

Quick and effective report

We were recommended LQ by our estate agent and they got us our report within a week sending on the same day afternoon as payment Report was very helpful and thorough with a useful section for passing on to solicitors Would definitely use LQ again

I m a bit shocked to see bad feedback

I m a bit shocked to see bad feedback as my experience was much different to the 1-star reviews I had my survey booked within 3 days of instruction and received my report back after 6 working days The survey report highlighted defects in the kitchen that weren t seen by myself or my partner This helped us negotiate further with the seller I am leaving this review as my experience was pleasant and I was happy with the treatment of friendly staff Would recommend and use again
