WEBSITE DISASTER

Their new website is a disaster All my order history has been deleted so I can t find the products I use and they are even making me change my password When I try to do that the website won t let me and says it is a Catchpa problem They have lost my business

Shocking service

Shocking service Paid for a next day courier delivery 7 50 Six days later still no delivery It turned out they never sent my order with a courier despite charging me for a courier delivery Instead they posted it with Royal Mail three days after the order was placed Or so they claim as I am yet to see my order Never again will I use this company

Grass seed not germinating

We purchased 2kg of lawn seed and starter fertiliser We thoroughly prepared part of our front garden for re-seeding using top soil and lawn sand mix 50-50 After 8 weeks there is no sign of any germination and the re-seeded lawn is still bare Prior to this we purchased seed from B Q which germinated using exactly the same preparation Would not recommend buying grass seed from this company

I have used lawnsmith for many years and have had nothing but excellent service Their products do exactly what it says on the tin as the saying goes Their products do lawn updates are very very good as unlike other suppliers the information is not only relevant to the sunny south but takes into account the colder wet Scotland which is very helpful Prompt delivery and excellent products
