Ordered a pond last summerMy worse customer experience ever After paying our money we received no delivery date after 4 weeks we rang to find out where our pond was and they said or will be with you in a couple of days Item did not arrive 5 promised later pond still did not arrive so I asked for my money back I decided to look on eBay and found someone selling the same pond only cheaper so I emailed them and asked how long delivery was the guy got back to me saying you already have a order with layzee living I asked him how he knew about my order and he rudley told me because I make them and thought it very funny that he had all my details including my phone number After complaining to lazyee living they first tried to tell me he never knew the seller on eBay and denied giving my details out I could go on as I have kept all my interaction with Terry so if you wish to challenge this please go ahead make my day Finally got my money back after 30 days and received a email from layzee living to say the pond that I never saw returned back to them in bits and blamed the delivery company Stay away from these guys look elsewhere

If I have could give zero stars I
If I have could give zero stars I would Ordered on 10th August a Koi pond noted dispatched to be received 21st August Order confirmation stated would receive update when shipped website states they organise delivery rota on a Friday for dispatch day each week I have received no further information I have sent emails and left voicemails and no response I would avoid this company

Wood-Fired hot tub purchase was quick a great price and delivery was with two lovely men as promised they installed it for me and pulled it to my location in my back garden cannot fault the experience we love sitting out on a starry night and enjoying cosy nights in the tub with a delicious wood fire smell thank you

Excellent customer service
Purchased the 5ft 5 hexagon pond which was extremely easy to construct unfortunately there was a slight issue with the liner as part of the seam had split I contacted them via Email on 22 10 23 and received a reply the next day confirming I would receive a replacement liner within a couple of days Excellent customer service well done

Bought a barrel sauna from Layzee
Bought a barrel sauna from Layzee Living we had such a great experience they were very helpful when we were asking far too many questions whilst deciding what spec to purchase they answered all of them very quickly on the chat system Was only a 5 week delivery time and then their guy Erni built it for us and he was amazing also Love our new sauna and couldn t be happier thank you

Really helpful from start to finish
Really helpful from start to finish Not just communication but information and product support Fast forward to delivery day The lads delivering installed in the pouring rain so gave them a hand and they were awesome Offered them a cuppa but they needed to do others after mine The hot tub with led lights and jets looks incredible and cannot wait to use it High quality Cannot recommend enough
