Hi I am not happy with LD ECO I have not got a problem with the people who have fitted the solar panels and installed the air source heat pump the problem I have is that I was told that I would have the 5kw air source pump and as it was to be fitted in front of my window was also told how far up the window it would come and it would not block the light when they came to fit the air source pump the pump was a 8kw as I know nothing about them it was put in I was told by LD eco ltd that the 5kw and the 8kw are the same size so they put the 8kw in it was further up the window than I was told but I let it go then 2 weeks after the fitting of the air source pump they came back this time they said that it was to go onto a concrete slab that was done and now the air source pump was now further up the window I said to ld eco ltd that I was not told anything about it would be this far up on my window I was still told that the 5kw and 8kw are the same size so I phoned the company up and asked if a 5kw and a 8kw are the same size like I was told they told me no that the 5kw is smaller than the 8kw I then phoned and asked what was they going to do as I was lied too he as now said to me nothing it have been fitted properly and all done with in the guidelines I know it is working but it is halfway up my window now and I was told they are the same size and I was lied to by LD eco ltd I would not have gone with them if I know that what I was told was lies I would say not to bother with them as I think the way that I have been treated is discussing and will never have anything to do with them because of the lies I was told I am going to get more information on this too see if I can have it exchanged for the one I was told the 5kw because it is smaller in size not like I was told by LD eco Ltd who are lies thanks for taking the time to read this I just feel that customers should not be lied too thanks david

Just to update I was phoned the day after originally posting this review and an engineer was sorted but the engineer then cancelled once stayed in especially and didn t get a phone call till 10 mins before he was due second time just didn t show up at all Was assured by LD Eco Ltd it would be sorted but never happened I ve ended up getting an engineer in myself and paid for it as LD Eco Ltd aren t worth the stress So when they bang on that it s all free it s not free as it s being paid for by the government which is ultimately tax payers money so no they re not doing it out of the goodness of their heart lol I ve had to pay out of my own pocket to finish off their work Updated March 29th 2024 I would rate higher but I m no longer getting any response to emails and when I phone they say they will arrange plumber and sort paperwork yet it s still not done Had the assessment in spring and work started in late summer early autumn Can t fault any of the contractors as they all did a great job especially the plasterers Lovely bunch of contractors that came to my home Friendly polite cleaned up after themselves As for LD Eco office staff I m sorry to say I have been very disappointed The wrong 2 year warranty was sent for my boiler I have a combi boiler yet my paperwork says condenser boiler Phoned the insurance firm who send the paperwork and was told I d have the correct paperwork within 2 weeks When it didn t arrive I phoned them again only to be told that I d have to contact Luke scott at LD Eco to inform them already had previously by emails as the insurers couldn t change the boiler details until they heard from LD Eco I rang and spoke to someone else at LD Eco and was assured it would be sorted yet that was 2 months ago and now no one responds to my emails I guess they ve had their money off the government so they no longer care In addition I have a radbot valve that wasn t fitted properly so is lying on the floor and again I was assured the plumber heating engineer had my number and would ring me to arrange to come out and sort it Yes you guessed it I m still waiting Took 6 weeks for the work to be done initially but 5 months later and I m still waiting for the radbot to be sorted and also the 2 year warranty paperwork for my COMBI boiler It s a shame because the office is letting its great contractors down I would ve scored them higher for the work that s been done but I can t as until those last 2 issues are sorted out the job isn t completed in my opinion A great shame

Ups and downs In the end worth it Nice phone call back from Luke at the end to check we were happy I certainly aren t an easy person to deal with when a job is being done so patient with their frustration

I have had a New boiler insulation and extraction The application was quick and efficient thanks to Luke He was helpful and informative He linked between the fitting team and myself and kept me updated on everything The fitters engineers were clean and efficient Thanks for an excellent service

We would highly recommend LD Eco especially Luke Scott and Tina who were very helpful Also a special mention to the gas heating engineers who were polite and friendly We are thrilled to bits A1

Simon and his heating team were amazing They were very easy to have around and did a great job They encountered several problems along the way but found solutions to all of them They were great about making sure the pets didn t escape from the house while the work was taking place It has been three days of very hot weather bringing additional challenges to a big job but they have kept going for long days despite the heat and have got everything finished on time

Great work from Simon Jess and the team Our house now has a central heating system for the first time and it s running well All the lads were great really friendly would definitely recommend Cheers ladsJim

LD ECO recently completed an install at my parents house in Tegryn Pembrokeshire The energy measures that have been installed have transformed the house into a lovely warm and far cheaper home to run The tradesmen are a credit to the company including Adrian Ben Ceri Royston and all their staff Thanks guys 5

Within four days Simon and his team had Installed 8 new radiators in new locations in each room installed an air source heat pump and water tank and had taken away all rubbish We are very pleased with the all the work The team worked hard and worked well together and were polite and friendly

Simon his trainee did an excellent job installing loft insulation vents in my property on 18 4 24 Dom Dan Ryan carried also carried out first class work fitting a new boiler etc on 26 4 24 On both occasions appointments were confirmed in advance which eased my anxiety regarding the works to be carried out They were all polite punctual able to answer any questions I had They worked proficiently took time to explain the necessity of the works being done gave advice on using the new products Excellent service - Thank you Guys
