The Leakbot engineer found a very small

The Leakbot engineer found a very small leak but also noticed a frayed flexible pipe in the WC cistern which would cause a future problem He will return shortly to replace pipe as he did not have a spare on his van

It is so lovely when a Company delivers exactly what you expect and a little bit more Having identified a possible leak and told me LeakBot took my call last week without a lot of menus and fuss The agent that I spoke to was efficient and set up a visit this week She told me that the engineer would likely be early but would call me first He was and he did Tristan then visited and was amazing He found two additional problems fixed all three and left me very happy And this was all paid for as part of my contract which is free via my insurer Just wonderful service

The LeakBot engineer arrived early and was very professional He checked the house and changed our outside tap After several checks he could see that there was still a leak from somewhere and he carried on checking until he located it and then sorted it out The service we received was excellent

I booked a visit by the Leakbot engineer having been told there was a leak at my property Unfortunately Leakbot had to cancel our original visit which was postponed for a couple of weeks later Their engineer telephoned prior to the visit requesting an earlier time which suited us better as he was ahead of schedule he duly arrived tested for leaks couldn t find any but found several items that could be the cause of the leak readings These he corrected He was pleasant tidy and very amiable throughout making the whole experience nice and there was no charge at all for the service

From the leak detection notification to the call to the company and the visit by Tom I was really impressed Very professional highly knowledgeable and informative of all stages so I could understand the issue The problem was resolved quickly with little fuss Highly recommend the Leakbot service

We got a call from Leakbot as soon as the signal showed we were losing water pressure The technician who came out was extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to try different things to solve the problem Best plumbing person I ve met anywhere Water loss was from a multi block so no damage or anything but difficult to find Really excellent service thank you
