The original car that I ordered was cancelled at the last minute the second car I agreed to was cancelled I have ended up paying 27 per month more than I had originally agreed However Scott kept me informed of issues and responded well

Great service from Tom Fielding and they person who dropped off my vehicle Both very friendly helpful Tom especially was very quick to answer any queries I had Would be 5 but I found the lady who I dealt with about the insurance very dismissive and quite abrupt

Great experience and process

I had a great experience with leasecar ukReally good communication and easy documentation The reason for 4 starts rather than 5 was that the orignal deal I signed a contract on was withdrawn by the lender after I committed and the next best financing option available was an extra 40 month

Good company

Car took a bit longer to arrive than I had expected however I don t think this was down to leasecar uk and more an issue with the supplier Dealt with Ashley throughout who was sound and kept me up to date and replied to any queries straight away Really straight forward to set up the finance etc online as well Would happily use again

Everything was fine

Everything was fine happy with the car only thing car was absolutely filthy from the 6 hours journey travelling to us Also clocked up approximately 400 miles which I take will be deducted from our annual mileage Happy with everything else Thanks Susan

Great Service from LeaseCar uk

I dealt with Mat Machin from LeaseCar Uk he was very informative professional and pleasant to deal with on the phone Not a pushy salesman My only negative is the process although seamless and trouble free seemed to have quite a few different companies involved At one point I thought I was being spammed by another company One quick call to Mat reassured me this was all standard practice in the leasing world Great service Great car Thank you

Great communication and help from Katy

Great communication and help from Katy Barber to initially explore quotes and options Paperwork sent promptly and I had easy and effective handovers of previous car and new car Katy will answer my emails promptly which usually have silly questions from myself so I appreciate her patience A little further explanation and information on change of funder and companies would have been useful for someone who doesn t fully understand how it all works The driver line I was given initially for maintenance was wrong and have had to clarify some other areas Perhaps a welcome pack to really overly explain how to access the other services might be good Overall very good though

Competitive price smooth sailing

Lease Car offered a really good competitive price for a decent car The process was quite smooth sailing It took nearly a month to get the car after it had arrived in the shop but it was over Christmas so that s perhaps why There was a bit of hard sale at the start to buy add on extras and again by a third party after trying to sell more add on extras But on the whole it was a positive experience and I would definitely consider Lease Cars in the future

Good service with the initial sale Flexibility and sensible discussion on different options Efficient online system Slightly disappointed with care following delivery Tesla Model Y arrived on the day they said and nice chap who delivered it However 3 days in and still haven t been sent the link to set up the app Was told that it could take up to 72 hours A bit poor really considering how important the app is for the Tesla Also the Premium Connectivity had expired when I received the car as the car had been registered over a month before No apology just an explanation Overall ok but room for improvement
