As an existing member I attended at the Manchester branch to transfer a cash ISA from another provider to the Leeds My appointment was with Tracey who welcomed me warmly and took me through the whole process carefully I cannot praise her enough Also the follow up text and email confirmation of completed transfer of funds was much appreciated A lovely branch with a truly personal touch

Visited the Sheffield Pinstone Street Branch for the first time on 16 January 2025 to effect the transfer of 2 ISAs and open 2 new ISA accounts with LBS All the staff were very friendly polite and helpful and we were dealt with by Keira who took us painlessly and patiently through the whole process A very efficient and knowledgeable young woman who really made us feel we had selected the right institution for our new ISAs A big thank you to all Trevor Sue Hoyland
