An hour well spent I would just like to offer my thanks to James who took the time to understand our particular circumstances and set out the options best suited for us

Called into the Yeadon branch to move money into a new ISA My wait time to be seen was only a few minutes I dealt with a member of staff who was extremely knowledgeable on all things ISA and was extremely pleasant to deal with I feel confident that I opened the right account for me

I opened an ISA with Leeds Building Society transferring from another provider It was very simple and stress-free and it has all gone through very quickly The person who assisted me was friendly efficient and professional and I was delighted by the quality of service provided

I had a number of telephone interviews with David of Leeds building society regarding my mortgage There were circumstances which meant it wasn t straight forward but he and Leeds BS went above and beyond to support me and the service has been second to none I d highly recommend touching base with David and Leeds BS if you are looking for mortgage support

Went in to Glasgow Hope Street branch to try to get access to ISA as on line account had been locked Sharon T looked at the ID I had brought in and unlocked account then advised me on how to update password Sharon was very friendly and efficient and sorted my access problem in about 5 minutes Thanks Sharon

We visited the Leeds B S branch in Wetherby to open an ISA It was great to be able to sit in a warm comfortable office and speak face to face with Clare who was very helpful with the ISA and also helped us to set up another couple of saving accounts that we probably wouldn t have done online
