I ve been into the Wetherby branch a couple of times and each time Victoria has been the one to assist me she is so helpful and pleasant - you can t ask for any more

I recently called into your Swansea branch wanting to reorganise my savings I spoke firstly to Tyler who was on the counter who was most helpful in suggesting alternative accounts earning higher interest rates He passed me on to Claire who completely the transactions there and then She too was helpful friendly and professional the kind of service you don t find in many places these days Well done both It was a pleasure to do business with you
