Transfer of cash ISA

I had a few issues transferring my cash ISA from NatWest to Leeds Building society Lucy from the Derby branch was so helpful and went out of her way to sort this out for me and keep me updated A much better service than I received from NatWest

I found an old Savings Book - emailed to ask if of any funds were available from it Leeds replied within hours I supplied further info then Leeds advised very nicely that it wasn t their account But also provided information and phone number to me to enable me to contact the correct institution Thank you Yemi and Amy

Attended Epsom Surrey branch this afternoon and hada succesful time opening a cash Isa was seen by Richard who explained it well Very happy to have dealt with this branch
