We have always had amazing service from the Durham branch of the Leeds building society Today we called in and was greeted by Ellie and a huge smile She acted swiftly on our request and all went very well with out any hitches Congratulations to Ellie and the Leeds building society for their continual incredible service

Appointment at Durham Branch
What a positive experience I was helped when I called into the Durham branch by Ellie who listened to what I wanted to do with my savings and she was extremely efficient and professional throughout the meeting I reinvested some of my savings and needed to access some funds for house improvement All transactions were without hassle and done immediately Ellie asked when my house insurance was due and Lynne was available immediately to discuss quotes and terms for houses insurance Lynne had an in depth knowledge of products available and I was given quotes for house insurance which were attractive and competitive Lynne had a professional approach without any pressure and was so helpful All round a productive meeting with both staff members who were so pleased to help the customers Thank you both very much

My husband and I visited the Garforth branch
My husband and I visited the Garforth branch today to find out more about an ISA which was coming to its end We were seen by Mr David Tollon He proved most helpful and patient and was able to guide us through the various options We felt supported throughout the exchange as Mr Tollon took his time explaining things never rushing us It was clear that he had a sound knowledge of the product under discussion which in turn made us feel supported throughout the visit

I went into the Leeds building society in Southampton today to open an account and to transfer another account to the Leeds BS We were seen straight away there was no booking of appointments or hanging around The person I spoke to was very efficient and had all the information at hand to help me make a decision on investments etc The person was very knowledgeable about the products and didn t have to keep referring to other staff members or consulting literature or a computer A very easy process

Rebecca Holmes at Bournemouth branch is wonderful at helping my very elderly parents manage their accounts She is personally aware of the difficulties they have and goes to the trouble of alerting them to upcoming changes so they can make timely decisions

Good visit to LBS Newcastle
On our visit to the Newcastle Branch of LBS Dan talked through the things we required and also gave us other options to consider We had three things that we wanted to do and one of the things Dan mentioned made sense so we took up that option He was very professional understanding what was required was able to put out requests through the Leeds system quickly

I know my husband has already given feedback but I wanted to endorse how impressed I was at our joint appointment with Daniel We already had a basic idea of what we wanted to do but Daniel drew our attention to accounts we were not previously aware of and we were able to consider those which best met our needs The overall process was very straightforward and everything was completed in little more than half an hour

Keep your branches open
It was easy to make an appointment in the Manchester Branch Staff were very friendly I wanted a savings review and Tracey quickly showed me possible options pointed out key features which made my decision easy Then very simply took the necessary actions to enact my decision A very pleasant experience Please don t follow other Llarger finance institutes and shut your branches

Chris manager at Manchester branch was excellent with my uncle who is vision impaired He had such a great positive attitude nothing was too much trouble He took time to explain various savings options to ny uncle wasn t rushed and took care to ensure my uncle understood everything and was happy to proceed He also brought out a customer care kit which includes items that make things easier for customers with vision problems to sign documents Great attitude Friendly informative and lovely manner
