Utterly incompetent
I engaged Lesnicerutherford to do an end of tenancy clean on my house and I paid the fee On the day of the clean the cleaner refused to do it unless I paid him more money Lesnicerutherford then texted me asking me to pay him I had to do so or no cleaning would have taken place But in fact the cleaning was totally incompetent and I had to agree to over 400 being held back from the tenancy deposit I asked Lesnicerutherford to refund me the total cost-they refused I took them to the County Court and a Judgment in my favour was made against them which they have not paid I searched the Register of Judgments today and saw that another Judgment was made against them in Jan 2024

I booked for an end of tenancy clean with this company They quoted me 300 which included a steam clean of the carpets I thought fairly reasonable as I live in a tiny one bed flat in London However when the cleaner turned up the company harassed me saying that I owed them more money and would have to pay the cleaner in cash It s a really dodgy one I d say Avoid I ll be reporting them to trading standards as they also have not issued an invoice for the extra money Clearly just trying to avoid paying tax

Scammer Do not use this company ever They advertised their urgent clean on my job quotes by a guy called Ivan based in Liverpool Cleaner done the job with her assistant and they still after 4 weeks have never paid They ve been promised week after week for their owed payment and a lady called Bernice based in London promises you the earth telling you what you want to hear DO NOT USE THEM
