Terrible service

I bought a toilet seat from a Lidl store in Birmingham only to find parts missing when i opened the box, i returned to the store where they refused a refund or exchange refering me to customer service, on calling customer service i got a very rude lady who refused to give me a returns code, offering only the phone number of the manufactuer.

I love Lidl they have everything to

I love Lidl they have everything to chose from like Aldi really but lidl have that extra edge magazines and diy and bakery I love wouldn t food shop anywhere else good value for money

Fabulous Farnborough lidl

At the check out I was served by Nicole very friendly young lady in the Farnborough Lidl I was so frightened as I get severe anxiety so I asked her if she would mind going slow she was so kind and down to earth really made all the difference to me I really appreciated her kindness

Return of faulty goods

Had to return a tv as faulty Was pleased with the customer service and the polite and speedy way I got a refund The staff in my local store PR1 8UW have excellent customer service skills

How Lidl has got a such a bad rep here

How Lidl has got a such a bad rep here on Trustpilot is beyond me We use two Lidl s in Glasgow Finnieston and Partick frequently and they are both great Friendly staff and decent produce for little prices

Great staff

On my shopping trip today at Lidl Manchester Rd Bolton I lost my credit card in car park this was at a bad time due to going on holiday the same day First thanks to who handed it in but secondly to the great hardworking staff at the store who always helpful and pleasant A big thankyou

I love Lidl it has a lot of choice and fruit and vegetables always tasty and more in the packaging and the bakery side things amazing there s everything to choose from and it s good value for money I wouldn t even give 5 star I would 8 star my favourite supermarket so far

Wonderful and polite manner from the
