clothes are great but the prices all

I signed up for tracking updates but didn t get any I had to email to get a tracking number At the same time I was informed my order would be delivered the following day not might be delivered WILL be delivered I waited in and it didn t arrive I emailed and the response was to blame Royal Mail the courier that this company chose to act as an agent on their behalf When the parcel finally arrived the following day it was the wrong product and not what I ordered I will never use this company again and will never recommend anyone else use it UPDATE if my order was updated to 48 hours delivery free of charge then why did it take three days to arrive At no stage during any of this was I rude or aggressive unless of course pointing out that your customer service isn t the best is considered by this company to be that And I did not say my delivery better be there tomorrow or else That is absolutely not true and this is the piece of the response that makes me justifiably angry What I actually said was that if my package wasn t delivered the next day then I didn t want it and would return it when it arrived This is because I was going away the following day and had ordered the jacket for that trip My opinion of this company is now even worse than it was - sorry if you find that rude and aggressive

Arrogance needs to stop

clothes are great but the prices all over the place Says something is on for sale then click on it and you have to pay full price I queried this when I bOught a smock for the full priCE BUT GOT NO RESPONSE

Be aware that if like me you have ordered an item and it doesn t fit and the size you wish to exchange it for is not available you will be charged 5 in addition to covering the cost of returning the item

Owner and managing director viewed my linked in profile instead of replying to my email I would never leave a negative review however I am so appalled with my experience I had to share it The colour of the shoes received was completely different to the image on site I had requested a refund as I product was falsely advertised I was informed that they have a no refund policy and that this is stated below the payment option As this disclaimer was at the bottom of the screen under the payment option it was not seen before purchase Customer service is not great at all They took over a week to respond to my email instead of responding the owner decided to view my linked in profile I m not sure what kind of business you re running why you would use customer data to view their online accounts If you re going to stalk customers please turn off profile viewing Highly unprofessional definitely do not recommend

The product was not as described Was described as Birkenstock Milano Oiled Leather Sandals however the ones received were actually either the Milano BF Fake leather or the Milano BS standard non oiled Also the cost price was 79 99 but the price on the box was 75 Im not a fan of places that charge higher for online purchases to cover delivery costs - prefer if this was transparent Fortunately for me I used a voucher to cover the difference I need sandals and cant wait for a return etc so haven t time to return these for a refund Terrible response to my initial review moves them down to one star Claiming I was not accurate when their advert was not accurate they need to do some research themselves on what classifies as oiled leather on the Birkenstock website Snide

I received my plastic sandles

I received my plastic sandles ordered by my daughter 200 miles away for her 88 years old dad I didn t know that they were a bargain at 45for a piece of plastic I just queried why I couldn t send them back hastened to say I didn t want to send them back As you say that you get a lot of returns from time wasters the boxes are too flimsy and can t be used again also the product is so delicate that it can be damaged trying them on your words not mine I am not surprised you are getting returns You need to have a serious marketing strategy to improve the quality of your boxes and why such and how an expensive plastic item is so easily damaged again your words not mine Perhaps those time wasters may be future buyers of your products Being National Sales Manager for many years I offer these suggestions free of charge I am sorry I can t change my review the stellar delivery was way behind Amazon Prime which is next day really stellar

Money taken no product and no refund

Terrible service they have taken my money then e-mailed to tell me they don t have my size in there Cornwall shop or something as if I m going to think oooh they re so bohemian you have a shop in Cornwall yeah great another middleman ripping off the working class in those poor Cornish towns getting thrashed by yuppies And No refund still keep clear
