Bought the wrong product

I had misunderstood return process The company levy a 5 charge for returns This is clearly noted in their trrms and conditions My error I had not spotted this Company have responded well to my queries

Great sweater

I bought my wife one of these windproof sweaters earlier in the year She loved it so much So I had to buy a different colour Lifesbetteroutdoors offered the best price quick delivery and as I had to contact customer services over naming convention excellent customer services Quality all round

Ordering was easy

Ordering was easy item I wanted was available in the size and colour which was great Only down side was the free postage is a poor service and if I was paying for it I wouldn t wait days for the post office to deliver there are better service providers so to achieve 5 stars from myself I d suggest upgrading not cost your delivery options for customers 4 days in still no real idea when item will be delivered

A CON on you and then me by Henry Lloyd

Your service re speed of delivery was excellent The shirt is as shown on the website BUT the quality and finish is way below what I expected My husband has a short sleeved Henry Lloyd and I expected the long sleeve to be of the same standard but it is NOT Because the logo is on the righthand side I believe these shirts have been produced for corporate use and thus can have logo on the left These shirts should not cost more than 30 Henry Lloyd have sold you a pup and hence they are NOT available on their website as far as I can see and your company is looking bad with your customers You just have to look at the packaging to judge value

I was kept informed of the delivery process which was very quick within a day or two as i recall The product is so well made ultra stylish and one which i will most likely buy again as the range of colours made it hard to pick a favourite

I was delighted to see the pullover that I wanted to own on the Lifesbetteroutdoors website at a very competitive price Without delay I placed my order and without delay only a matter of days my pullover was delivered at my home It was as described on the internet and fitted perfectly Having received it at lunchtime today I tried it on for size and am keeping in on til bedtime I absolutely love it and am extremely pleased with the wonderful service from Lifesbetteroutdoors I would award them five stars and highly recommend them to all without reservation Keep up your high standards and best wishes

Nordic Jumper

Very easy friendly website with a fantastic choice for all Updated straight away with my delivery tracking number where I could amend delivery dates to my convenience The jumper looks very good quality 100 wool so it should be nice and warm for our Scottish summers Bought for a Mother s Day present which is still a week away but I m sure my wife will love it as it s a present from the kids Update 10 03 2024 The 100 woollen fisherman jumper is a hit The fit is excellent and the pattern is superb The jumper is lovely and thick and very soft to touch

Website provides lots of good info

I went for Birkenstock Bostons at a really good price Lots of upfront info provided including a line at the top about them being non-returnable I knew my size and liked the khaki green on offer so very happy

Perfect winter weight shirt

Perfect winter weight shirt Quick delivery I ordered size small whereas I usually wear medium and it is a perfect fit - close but not tight I have had this make of shirt before and followed recommendations to buy smaller than normal success

I was really looking forward to

I was really looking forward to receiving this parka and I m not disappointed Really good quality and it s going to be perfect for wet and cold weather I m a size 16 but I went for the medium as other reviewers said it comes up a couple of sizes big It could have gone either way but it fits nicely with room underneath for another layer not that I think I ll need one Thank you for prompt delivery and good communication
