Terrible at answering their emails on a refund

Terrible at answering their emails of issuing my refund Only got the refund after a few emails attempts through paypal after having confirmation of 2 weeks ago of them receiving the item returned

Still waiting for refund

Ordered three bras returned one Keep being told my refund is on the way but it s been almost three weeks and still no refund Very disappointing service

great Until you need to return

Have always loved this store but recently bought 2 bras that didn t fit and I returned Lingerie outlet claim not to have received my returned packet and no refund was received A big loss for me I won t be using them again

Poor customer service

Poor customer service My order never arrived I emailed the company and they stated that they would resend it I emailed again a numerous times but no one bothered to reply to my emails I will not be buying or recommending this company to anyone Waste of time and money

Wouldn t recommend - poor communication

Placed a large order and didn t receive an order confirmation Left it a few days before making contact Was told that my order has been dispatched with Hermes and would be with me within 5 working days Again still no order confirmation or dispatch notification not even in my junk folder despite my order showing as processing on Lingerie Outlet Store After the delivery time scale had passed I asked for a tracking number which said Hermes were awaiting the parcel into their network I went back to Lingerie Outlet Store to enquire and was told that it must have gotten lost because my order had been dispatched I have no idea what has happened but didn t feel like anyone was going to take accountability for it - or to find out what was going on As I had been waiting a considerable amount of time I asked for a full refund and was given however no apology whatsoever My order totalled nearly 80 and I shall be taking my money elsewhere

Order has never arrived

Order was made 29th October its now the 12th November and i still have nothing My husband bought me the vouchers we would think twice before using again

Bad Customer Service

I ordered on April 26 and have received no real updates on the whereabouts of my packages I have emailed their customer service and never received a reply I DMed them on Instagram and was promised that I would receive my package in the next 7 Business days It has been more than 7 business days and I have not gotten my items They have since turned off DMs on their Instagram page Today I was told my order was fulfilled 35 days ago and was asked to rate products I have not received I do not recommend ordering from this company

Very poor customer care

I returned my order as the items didn t fit me It s 2weeks now and I haven t had confirmation of the return The parcel was tracked and delivered I also have proof of posting through Asda I have emailed twice to customer care but had no response Very angry UPDATE After receiving a reply from Paige and sending all the details requested via their email link I have still not had a reply I have now had to start an investigation with Klarna Why aren t you guys getting emails

Wrong item sent Not helping to return

I ordered masks and was sent the wrong ones through eBay I have not been able to do a rerun as the local post offices are closed and the ones I found open are not printing labels I have begged for help to get the parcel back to them but they will not help with an alternative method that isn t through the post office Royal Mail I have had the masks for over a month now and still no help to get them back during these tough times I have been on the phone for over 01 50 00 and although I m first in the line to be answered I have had no answer Update EBay have advised that I am sent a returns label in the post so let s see if this is done in the next 7 days otherwise I will be issued a refund

Have ordered many times with no issues

Have ordered many times with no issues as everything always fit until this time both items where too small so I had to return I returned via asda as they request the return has been back with them a week and not had a single confirmation of this so I ve messaged many times for them too repeat themselves twice asking which items I returned and for return confirmation I ve sent this through to them twice showing my order confirmation and the postage confirmation and yet here we still are with no replies anymore and no refund Wouldn t need to come on here and leave these reviews if they had live chat or a contact number or you even replied to your customers properly and got things sorted been the worst customer support not getting anywhere
