Ordered 4 Freya bras - 2 were defect one with extra seams in one cup and the other one underwire popped out Obvious this was second quality damaged goods Ordered on their ebay site and if it wasn t for ebay no chance I would have been refunded Contacted them and all I got was same negative reply Finally ebay stepped in You may be lucky but for me it s a no go to order again - have no trust in this company nor that they sell quality products

Not a great experience Bra ordered totally different style and size arrived They could not have been more different if they tried Also despite the website claiming no Uk customer will ever have to pay for returns they had repeated technical issues so would not send a returns label So I was out my original postage money and money I spent on my item I asked for the cost of postage to be sent so I could send it back before receiving a full refund I didn t think this was unreasonable but this was nonetheless declined

I received bras that were soaking wet labels damaged and very badly packaged And I still haven t received my refund either The service is very slow I am very disappointed customer Although I always buy from this online store Very disappointed this time though Don t know if I ll shop again now

I had to pay 3 00 as sender put insufficient postage on item they said they would refund through paypal however I havnt used that in years when I tried to access it notification said transaction doesnt exist contact seller I did and tehy have no way of refunding money unless I place another order appalling customer service-- avoid if you have a problem you will not get your money back

I returned a bra that did not fit I had to pay the postage myself as there was no returns label It was returned on 20th April 2020 I have still NOT recieved any refund it s now 27th July I appreciate that due to the pandemic there might be delays processing returns but they should not be trading if they cannot carry out ALL aspects of their business Prior to this happening I always considered the store to be good I will not be purchasing anything again from Lingerie Outlet Store

Ordered 2 bras One arrived but didn t fit so have returned I ve had no notification of the refund or return even though I dropped it off more than a week ago The other hasn t appeared I ve emailed to ask where it is but had zero response from customer service Absolutely not impressed

I d like to leave no stars The delivery policy is a joke They do not dispatch items until they can be bothered They use royal mail so no option of click and collect Any orders valued under 50 are not given tracking details sent by 2nd class delivery so you can t even get peace of mind to know it s on its way or when it might be delivered Luxury underwear maybe but certainly not luxury serviceI ll stick to figleavesUPDATE I received a full refund AFTER a lot of arguing and not before THREE different employees gave THREE different lies excuses reasons Including their favourite about delivery problems often left on reviews here in trustpilot Believe the negativity it s all true

First - the items ordered were good value and good quality but variations in sizing meant I need to return some items and would prefer to exchange buy new ones The Asda ToYou link doesn t work I have sent loads of emails and submission forms seeking information about how to make the return I have had ZERO response - no acknowledgement no response at all It also looks like they are not active on social media which should have been a red flag Really disappointing for what looked like a promising site Feels like about 70 down the drain

Lingerie Outlet Store used to be great but they seem to have gone down hill in the last year or two I ve had to chase up refunds on orders several times - they seem to have a policy of waiting to see if you notice that you haven t received the refund and only paying up when you contact them Most recently the order failed to arrive - payment was taken but I didn t get a confirmation email After a couple of weeks I contacted them and they said they had no tracking info and would issue a refund Another two weeks and they said the refund hadn t been processed and they would try again Either they are just inefficient or they are dishonest

An update on below Lies lies lies is all I ve been told Basically they ve upgraded their payment system so they cannot track refunds What a load of rubbish abd how convenient They use an outsourced customer service team who work for multiple companies so they really couldn t give a toss Lies about responding to my queries Further lies about sending me a credit note Not that I would ever buy from them again If they had truly sent me a refund back to the same card they gladly took payment from it would be there Bank have no record Honestly please do not buy from this company clearly they do this a lot There are plenty other retailers selling similar products Literally the exact same experience as a recent poster Ordered item money taken no confirmation email then no delivery Rang them up and they said the item had been out of stock and that refund wll be issued No sign of refund Been 2 weeks now Couldn t get through to them and they ve not responded to my email
