Waited over a week for the product

Waited over a week for the product when I found up they informed me that they hadn t paid the correct postage and that I needed to go to the post office to pay the additional 3 00

Wouldn t recommend

Sorry to say I would not recommend I ordered two bras and unfortunately had to send both back as they did not fit That was a month ago and I have have heard nothing and had a message ignored

Super easy to order and very fast delivery However had to return items as was not a good fit 2 months later I am still waiting on a refund Not happy

No parcel no tracking details no communication

My order was supposedly dispatched on 16th September but I have still not received it In the original confirmation email I was given tracking details of a parcel sent to Moscow which is clearly not mine I have emailed several times and replies take 24 hours I am now being told I must visit my local sorting office and ask my neighbours to see if they have the package They seem to be waiting for me to report back to them that I ve done their bidding Why is the onus on the paying customer to find out where the parcel is when the error is theirs for not providing proof that the parcel was ever sent in the first place I ve paid for goods that I haven t received very poor customer service indeed

I loved the lingerie I received but the sizes did not fit and would like to order some correct sizing for these items My order was placed on 22nd April and delivered on the 29th April I returned the items the same afternoon signed for which arrived back with Lingerie Outlet on 5th May I have emailed several times but have had no response Have others received no response from Lingerie Outlet I understand how busy internet stores are but some response would be good Many thanks 08 06 20 Refund now received thank you

Slow service

Although I did eventually receive my item it took nearly 3 weeks for them to arrive First order never arrived but was continually told I had to wait a minimum of 7 days Eventually sent another item out told with Royal Mail first class delivery Royal Mail website says this is one day service lingerie outlet store told me I had to wait 3-5 days Happy they sorted this out but I wouldn t use again Too much hassle and too many reviews similar to my own Not worth it

Amazing value for some luxury bras

Amazing value for some luxury bras heavily reduced in the sale but 2 complaints 1 Paid extra for 1st class Royal Mail but package was actually sent by Yodel on a 3 day service Please update your website to state which couriers you re currently using I normally avoid companies that use Yodel 2 I changed the shipping address to have my wife s name which was confirmed on the emailed order confirmation but the package was sent to the billing address with my name We live at the same address so it s not a problem but the package was supposed to be addressed to her to be a surprise gift

Make returning an incorrect item extremely difficult

I ordered a Naturana green bra from lingerie outlet price 29 94 What I was sent via Royal Mail tracked was a Naturana 5063 black bra sold by lingerie outlet for 23 40 However I was still charged 29 40p for this cheaper bra It took some time to sort this out with lingerie outlet as they required photographic evidence of what I was saying in order for me to gain permission to return the bra for a refund Stupidly I presumed they would have a copy of the detailed order form included within the package I received that clearly demonstrates I did not receive the item I ordered Apparently to obtain a free return I am not entitled to send this back via Royal Mail even though lingerie outlet use them for deliveries I can reach two post offices within easy reach 1 walking distance away but that is not permitted If I want to use the post office I have to pay for tracked delivery myself Free returns are only permitted via Asda requiring I make 4 bus journeys to get there and back That is if buses turn up as our bus company has lost many bus drivers to better paying jobs Come on lingerie outlet I have come to the conclusion that you are looking to make the return as difficult for me as possible You made the mistake but I have to be faced with a difficult journey to be entitled to a free return Is this any way to treat a customer who entered into a contract with you in good faith only to be let down Tuesday 7th MarchThank you for returning my money However I have 1 more point to add The incorrect bra that was sent to me was on special offer on the day of dispatch - for 18 72p therefore I had 11 22p in excess of this cost taken from my account Had me wondering how many other times has this happened to others without them realising it
