Pretty good service little niggle could ve been avoided

Pretty good service and offer a wide range of reduced price items which is excellent Although when I ordered a bikini they emailed me to advise they weren t able to send the bottom half as it was faulty but still sent the top which is pretty useless when you need the 2 parts to wear it As I returned other items as they didn t fit correctly there was no offer of refunding the return postage charges even though I did request this but my request was completely ignored

Good website for your wallet bigger bra sizes

Accurate sizes website design is VERY poor no images show in the cart l overall great prices living in the usa typically takes about 10-15 days for my items to arrive and clean and a good shape no issues will often buy from website Would be great to have images of the bra from the inside and improve the cart please

Not quite sure what went wrong

Not quite sure what went wrong but when I was selecting my size it kept resetting back to a different size which I didn t notice so when I received the order I had to send it all back as it wouldn t have fit Thanks for your reply Amy I will happily use your website again in the future I will pay more attention when I put things in the basket

Quality of goods Fantasie bras excellent and a fair choice However the website makes it difficult to pay One transaction took so long that by the time it was accepted one of my choices was no longer available When there was a 25 offer I missed out for the same reason and gave up I ordered in John Lewis sale instead- similar price but less choice

They do not offer exchange A bit silly that you have to return for a refund as they will not exchange for a different size Then told the 30 new customer offer cannot be used to buy the replacements as it s first time use only well thats all good and well if you do exchanges but who is going to make the same order for 30 more Back to the good old trusted Bravissimo I go

Customer experience

I made a purchase with a discount code and I selected wrong sizes in error I wanted to exchange but had limited time as I was travelling I called and asked if as an exception lingerie store will honour the price i paid if I should purchase the same items from my order whiles I return the original order but I was to no I felt that was unfair

Not happy at all

Although l got a refund l would have preferred to have had the item l ordered it s not my fault you had items in the 4 for 20 that shouldn t have been l feel any other supplier would have honered this with it being you fault l also ordered 2 of the same bras but in different colours and one for the bras has completely different straps so it will be getting returned not a very good experience so far l don t think l will be ordering again

Returns process and communication with staff not easy to understand Other than that awesome to finally find a place with lots of selection my size 30DD and great prices

Beautiful but not for me

I was excited when this arrived Well packed and it looked beautifully made when I opened Unfortunately problem for me was all the hook and eye fasteners as I have arthritis in fingers and hands I am an older lady of 77 so the item was no good Didn t even try on but repacked and returned I would say if you are younger and able this would be a good item for you especially for those special occasions
