My little boy is very taken with the That s Okay book and colouring book He loves the funny colourful monsters and this is a really great way to help him learn about and understand the different emotions he might feel

This is a great resource As a social worker and a mental health practitioner I find these resources fun and simple in teaching SEL Children do not know how to name their emotions and often they are projected as sadness or anger This resource would be very helpful for children to support them in identifying the range of emotions and ways to become aware of them Thank you Chris

My son 2 year old loves his it s okay book He loves looking at all the pictures at the moment they are so bright and eye catching for young children I love reading the book to him so that he knows it s okay to be feeling these emotions from a young age
