Fun story My nephews and I enjoyed reading it a lot I was under the impression that this story really encouraged them to think and express their emotions in healthier way

I was reccomended this book from a mate of mine I think the book serves it s purpose and send out a very important message that often gets overlooked Mental health is something that should not be taken lightly and especially when it comes to our kids Without them there is no future and this book helps spread the good word of positivity and welbeing 5 stars

This book about emotions has quickly become my daughter s favorite She absolutely loves the way it beautifully explains different feelings in a way that she can easily understand The story is engaging and the characters are relatable making it fun for her to explore her own emotions along with them The illustrations are vibrant and captivating which keeps her interested from start to finish But what I love most is how the book opens up conversations about feelings It s been a great tool for helping her express herself and understand that all emotions are okay If you re looking for a book that helps children navigate their emotions in a positive and engaging way this is the one It s a fantastic addition to any child s library and has definitely become a bedtime favourite in our house

JUST WONDERFUL This book was brought for a present for my daughters 6th birthday It couldn t have come at a better time The process of trying to understand feelings is not an easy one As parents it can also be difficult to help our little people realise all these feelings are normal This book does it all and in such a great way that the messages are so quickly absorbed We as a family have had so much enjoyment reading this book that we can t wait to get the others All schools educational settings and families need these books Thank you Chris keep them coming

Absolutely amazing books packed with so much knowledge for little people in both main stream and special needs education that explain through beautiful illustrations what they re experiencing through emotions and why I ve bought all three books and can highly recommend We need more please Chris
