I have lived at Livingway Rufus Court in Leeds for well over a year and it s been a pleasure to live here What has made my stay here so good is the quality of resident care by staff members such as Dan I d like to extend a special thanks to Dan the resident Liaison in particular who has gone over and above what is expected to make myself and numerous others feel welcome and create a sense of community He cares strongly about social value and hospitality and through his well organised events has fostered a friendly and amicable living environment amongst residents He is diligent in rectifying issues and addressing problems he has been responsive to suggestions raised and followed through on promises He is always happy to stop during his busy schedule and have an informal chat and makes me feel valued as a resident Thanks Dan Livingway

I moved in about a week ago and the experience has been 1st class I was given a welcome pack on arrival and the flat was clean tidy and in great condition Hayley on reception was very welcoming and friendly and even helped me move in my 50 Inc tv I m very happy here

Livingway - spot bolton

I lives at Spot for 2 years the apartment was great and the team was amazing there were a few kinks here and there but Adam was always ready to help and fix anything My stay there was lovely and i would recommend to anyone whose looking to move to Bolton

I just moved in a week ago and the staff was so friendly and welcoming the flat was so clean and tidy I would highly recommend the apartments they are furnished and have a great location and everything is new and modern Huge thank you to livingway Roco building staff

Daniel is a quick-witted young man He has a heart to solve the problems encountered by the tenants of the Pasha House who just moved to the UK shortly Recently we got stuck in the home wifi connection and he taught us how to deal with the wifi service provider At last we got the promised wifi activation date Thanks Daniel for your help
