How can 1 person handle over 100 locations for PPC SEO and LSAs The cost for leads was OUTRAGEOUS Do not use this company Also heard from other franchise locations that are still operating that the invoice is coming from the franchisor not Local IQ This has SCAM written all over it

Terrible Company and Performance

Terrible company and performance but great salesman working from day 1 to get that contract signed He promised the world underdelivered He said we could opt into spending an extra 75 per campaign to cancel at anytime After 4 unsuccessful campaigns we decided to cancel Wordstream LocaliQ did not deliver on what was promised We had to file a dispute with our credit card company put a blocker on this company for not receiving the service promised Don t walk RUN from this terrible fast food of a marketing company

Don t be fooled the worst experience

Localiq this 6 month experience has been nothing short of poor I talk to my account manager twice But want to charge a 325 00 a month in management fee on your account What was they managing I wasn t getting feed back on real strategies to increase traffic Especially in a market that had little competition I cancelled my them a month ago a day after the took my payment and still haven t received my refund The old saying the check is in the mail You want a marketing company that is engaging to communicate with you To want to see your business grow You do not want a company like Localiq that just deducts from you bank account once a month My account manager grade D- GB account manager The biggest thing for me is honestly localiq lacks this quality Still no refund a month later I know it s in the mail

All promise unauthorised deductions and no production

I was fed lies received NO leads no communication and money deducted from my account without authorisation Impossible to get hold of anyone This company is a scam

Complete snake oil They took my money and did absolutely nothing for me or my company Save your time and money and look elsewhere if you want actual leads

Absolutely horrible My experience with LocalIQ is horrible The salesman told me that LocalIQ would charge me 10 percent of my Goolge Ads spend But they were bidding 14 CPC and charging me 24 percent click LocalIQ burned through 7 500 in 6 weeks and I got no results Now LocalIQ won t let me out of my contract and is going to charge my credit card 5 000 per month for the next 10 months and the Google Ads team hasn t produced any returns for me Stay away from these people

Our feedback regarding our experience with LocalIQ Unfortunately our experience with your services has been disappointing and we would like to share our concerns total spent around 21 000 1 Misinformation and Lack of Transparency We were informed that 70 of the 10 000 monthly fee would go toward advertising spend but the actual allocation fell far short of this based on screen share we saw about 2000 Despite multiple requests we were never provided with clear data about the actual spending 2 Unresolved Performance Issues From the onset campaign metrics were below expectations Despite consistent follow-ups and reassurances from your team performance did not improve Attempts to address these concerns were met with delays or vague responses 3 Unauthorized Renewals After explicitly requesting cancellation of PPC services in December 2023 services were still continued without authorization in January and February 2024 This disregard for our requests was both frustrating and unprofessional 4 Billing Issues Invoices continued to be issued despite our cancellation requests Getting clarifications or responses from the team was consistently challenging and when credits were promised they were delayed for months 5 Unfulfilled Promises LocalIQ assured us that their strategies and tools would deliver meaningful results but the performance never aligned with the commitments made during initial discussions Given these issues we feel that the service did not meet the agreed terms and expectations DO NOT RECOMMEND
