Maria was very helpful with helping me setup my account and linking it up with the shortleet platform Ilso far I will definitely give Lodgify a 5 out 5 for customer services

Happy I chose Lodgify as my channel manager to ensure seamless integration for two properties I have listed on both Airbnb and Booking com Sara was especially helpful as she patiently and clearly walked me through the set-up process and a friendly and professional manner

The onboarding experience was really great and helpful and Andrew Figari was so patient to explain everything needed The personalized onboarding that he planned from the beginning by listening to my type of business and throughout the 3 calls we had exceeded my expectations The product is amazing I am going to share with all my contacts as well

Help line is amazing Working with customer requests can be a bit confusing and stressful but every Lodgify representative that I have worked with has been very patient and willing to problem solve and brainstorm solutions with me I am very happy with this company

I m just going through onboarding with Julia from Lodgify and she has been INCREDIBLE As has the team working in the background They have answered my questions followed through on what they said they would do and made the system make sense to me They are professional on time friendly They know this business inside out Lodgify is my 4th PMS and is the most user friendly of all Very pleased so far with what the system can do and how smoothly it all jives together
