Working with this company has been impossible nothing is organized and everything is chaotic I signed up 4 months ago and it took them literally months to even halfway get me set up with VRBO and Airbnb before I finally gave up and switched services I was able to immediately integrate with both softwares using Igns while Future stay spent weeks ignoring my messages and help requests They would constantly blame VRBO for holdups yet when I would speak to VRBO they would tell me to seek help from future stay who would then send me back to VRBO I asked them to delete my account nine days ago I scheduled to call today and ask them once again to please delete this account and I asked Neil to email me a confirmation that this would be completed and of course I never received that email I regret ever having tried to work with this company AirdNA should truly be embarrassed to call them a partner

Futurestay seemed like a great option
Futurestay seemed like a great option to manage multiple properties on different platforms simultaneously However it turned out to be a massive waste of my time Their customer service has left me waiting for weeks even months for several requests I have made for help and changes to be made to my account I do not have the time to sit and wait to get my properties out there and live Then when I asked twice to have my account deactivated it have not heard from them in over a week after they told me they would reach out within the next day to confirm the cancelation I m still waiting for my account to be deactivated

This is a very slow and buggy service
This is a very slow and buggy service Just get something else and save your time I wish I knew this months ago Customer service is non-existent without finding the details of upper management Which is something I had to do The onboarding took weeks yes weeks while I tried to connect with relevant team members Eventually the c-suite connected me to customer service who claimed it was an isolated incident but reading reviews o multiple sites it s clear the best aspect of futurestay is their marketing Customer service offered a gift card later but claimed I needed to stay on for one month before receiving it which seemed like they were trying to pay me to stay on So I decided it wouldn t be worth it if the platform had no confidence I would stay without a carrot and a stick Figured there was little internal confidence in the software either

I ve been trying to disconnect from their platform and have contacted customer service multiped times No luck so far It seems that want to keep you in their platform without your authorization Very unprofessional business practices I would not recommend this platform to anybody Very unresponsive Still plugged to their platform without being able to manage my airbnb account from airbnb

Avoid FutureStay
FutureStay seemed like the perfect way to increase my vacation renter s visibility especially our Google presence but it turned out to be the biggest nightmare in my 7 year long rental business historyFutureStay hijacked my listing s management in these ways InstantBook was turned ON on all properties regardless of whether that was practical for that particular property or not Prep times were removed so that guests could book a property then show up for check in immediately with no way for us to complete any last minute checks or preparations Access to my Air B B calendars to do things such as block dates was removedIn addition to losing control of my property management FutureStay customer service was unavailable by email or phone to assist me PLUS we were still not readily visible on Google Avoid FutureStay

Unable to disconnect Very bad experience
I made the terrible mistake to create a futurestay account via AirDNA and connected my listing to it I never used their services and immediately archived my listing after I connected it However Airbnb now thinks I m managing my account through a managing software and automatically changed my service fees from 3 to 15 I have requested futurestay to disconnect property from my account multiple times but haven t been successful yet A few days ago customer service assured me my property has been disconnected but it has not Very annoyed at this point Save yourself the trouble and don t use the software

FRAUDULENT HORRIBLE ALL AROUND
Ya no wonder you don t have a reviews section on facebook - because you are AWFUL to work with I have NEVER encountered a company with worse customer service - plain ignorance and flat out ignoring what your clients say and request I have had an account with you for over a month now and it has been a constant headache and NOW you have retrieved a deleted listing and linked it to Booking com that has now received reservations that I can t cancel even though the listing no longer exists - at all And NO help from anyone I have notified the BBB FBI Fraud Dept and will be blasting our story all over the web until this issue is fixed

Futurestay posted my listing without authorization and without us having an account They accepted a booking took the guests money and when we tried to correct the issue Walter agent started screaming and hung up Out of the states fake and fraudulent company

Futurestay fraudulent piece of parasite software
Same for me as other hosts say My listing has been completely hijacked altered services which I do not offer added The commission for the host on airbnb went from 3 to 15 I requested immediate disconnection they said it is disconnected but after the call with airbnb I learnt that not Futurestay takes the commission for every reservation I take I am on call with airbnb requesting to remove the parasite code from my listings so I can manage properties myself as before A big mistake costed me a lot of money and sleepless nights

Futurestay is a fantastic educational
The costumer service is profecional and always available to assist you
