Ne refund for returned goods
Ne refund for returned goods bad customer serviceI bought two items and returned them 17th April On 10th May I wrote to Lole asking where my refund was They did not reply I wrote to them again in late may and got no response On the 2nd June I wrote again and finally got a reponse saying they had a high volume of requests and that mine would be dealt with shortly It is now June 15th and I have heard nothing Still no refund Awful customer service

I placed an order in November 2023 nothing ever came but the money was taken out of my account When I contacted them in January I was told that it was not legitimate DONT order from them

Beware of Sales and Misleading Items
Beware of Sales - I ordered a black shirt and a black dress online The confirmation in my email showed two black coloured items When I received the items the dress was bright pink fuschia and the shirt was a mint green Upon contacting the company they said that the pages hadn t been properly updated and that I would need to return the items at my cost to receive a refund Obviously I would not have purchased clothes in these colours I won t ever buy from this company again

My order has not delivered and nobody is responding
I ordered two jackets online 2 weeks ago I didn t receive a track number I sent several emails to their support department but no response so far It has been my first experience shopping from this company I am very disappointed and I don t even know if my package with value of 500 will be delivered I don t know what to do or how to track my order This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with

Two Lole coats in the last few years - one puffer one winter Zipper busted in both Replaced one - cost nearly as much as the coat Don t buy - terrible quality Ugh When you want to support a Canadian company but the quality is subpar

AWFUL customer service inconsistent sizing AVOID
I second other reviews about AWFUL customer service if you re in Europe you can t start a return online you have to write an email which will be answered many days later The webapge says our team is working on it but in fact you just can t start a return yourself in Europe The sizing is wildly inconsistent therefore I had to return a bunch of items and the customer service person was RUDE They refunded the wrong order and implied that I lied about putting the packing slip in the parcel - which I did - and even if I didn t they have the order number and should just have refunded the items with a word of apology for the delay due to their own internal mess Worst customer service ever The clothes are definitely not worth the full price and for all this hassle not even the discounted sale price Stick to US companies indeed

Never order from them
I ordered multiple items intending for them to be gifts They sent my items in an already open bag and they used packing tape to attempt to tape it closed I could easily access the items in the bag without having to do anything When I went through my items I wasn t surprised to find an item missing Their customer service is non-existent you re only option is to email them which they ignore There is no phone number to call them I ve tried contacting them multiple items in different ways have been completely ignored Never order from them unless you want them to steal your money

Awful customer service
Awful customer service - I placed my order 3 weeks ago and it still hasn t shipped They take days to respond over email - seems every day they have a large number of inquiries - and there is no phone number to call They acknowledged that their warehouse had a major outage but never notified their customers Ughhh guess this is what Canadians call customer service Will stick to American companies next time

If I could give zero stars I would I ordered a jacket and received a dress Contacted customer service several times with absolutely no response Never received what I was charged for now disputing the charge with my credit card company I wished I would have read the reviews before ordering Avoid at all costs

Zero customer service
Zero customer service I placed an order and it showed it didnt go through Then I placed anther order right after and both went through Of course you can t actually speak to a human but I reached out right away via email facebook instagram and they still haven t helped me I would never order from them again I can t return the orders because it days final sale So I am stuck with two of the same orders Not an ethical company They should have not shipped the order which we all know they could have stopped or at least they should let me return one of the orders
