I ordered three dresses from Lulus to the UK One of the dresses sent was not what I had ordered The customer service team were amazing They replied very quickly were really helpful and sent the correct dress really fast I would highly recommend The dresses I ordered are so lovely and look more expensive than they were I highly recommend Lulus to UK customers

It s hard to match Lulus customer service Returns are free and super easy Shipping is free Refunds are super prompt Only complaint I have is they seem to have changed their sizing so that an XS is too big for me in a lot of their styles I am 5 4 100 pounds It is very disappointing cause their dresses are fabulous They haven t changed their size chart to match so I am not sure what s going on with that
