Wow I ve had the most amazing experience with London Lash they really deserve 5 stars Very quick shipping However Yodel failed to deliver the parcel and are unfortunately not interested in the customer So as second resort I decided to go back to London Lash to explain the issues I was having with delivery saying they cannot gain access to my property and no updated tracking To be told they then couldn t locate the parcel London lash were prompt with their responses and to top off the excellent customer service they immediately sent out a replacement for next day delivery by DPD yes they changed courier Excellent move and refunded my delivery Now this is unmatched customer service and I would 1000 recommend them just on this basis They set the standard for fantastic customer service Moving onto the product I purchased the lash lense in rose gold Comes beautifully packaged and protected well Lovely leather bag to store the lenses in also I found it a little bit tricky to get a hang of getting clarity with the lense however I think this may have been an issue with my iPhone camera switching camera lenses as opposed to LL lenses After a short time and some settings changes I ve managed to produce some beautiful pictures I used for nails Hopefully in time I will become a pro with this lense and it will excel my picture game On my last note I would definitely recommend Brilliant customer service friendly prompt responses and top quality product Thank you so much
