EXCELLENT customer service They didn t have short ribs available so they emailed me Sindi emailed me to see if they could send when they came in and still get them by Thanksgiving I told her this was a gift for my boyfriend s birthday and could they just send the order without the short ribs She wrote right back and said they would send me a chuck roast instead at no extra charge and ship it right out She even added a couple extra items and wished my boyfriend a Happy Birthday I was so happy I ve told everyone And we will definitely be ordering again Thank you
