Great Clothes - shocking service I ve bought a box from them recently One item had to be returned because it was faulty but otherwise the clothes were fine What was not fine was their service I tried to apply a 25 discount that they d offered but it didn t work and they charged full price I e-mailed them and they responded that they would apply it They didn t They actually reneged on their agreement citing human error and an incorrect email being sent Terrible service

I got three parcels from lookiero the clothing is super expensive for the quality you get I had a bag which fell apart after first use and it cost me 35 I wore another top for the first time the other day for a wedding and some stitching came undone on that too My advice would be save your money and go to shein better quality clothing there for less money Very disappointed with lookiero We also had issues with the refer a friend system as they never actually gave me that but tried to make out they had

I ve been using Lookeiro for a few months now and kept one thing The concept is a really good one However where it fails is the complete inability to actually send what you re asking for As a super tall person I have now made multiple attempts to advise that jeans or trousers must be 34 long I ve even sent items back stating the reason is you didn t follow my sizing and sent something that absolutely will not fit Every time I get a pair that s 32 What on earth is the point of asking for tips and guidelines if you re not going to listen to the customer I think if this happens one more time I ll be cancelling the whole service as I m only being able to try on 3 ish items from a 5 item box which defeats the object of using it If you can t fulfil the size I need that s fine but don t send something you know I will not fit It s absolutely ridiculous

Shopped clearly did not read my comments for this box Didn t really rate anything could not see where I could cancel or refuse everything Will take box that I ve adjusted but not sure I will keep anything other than the green shirt Lookiero was so much better when I was getting boxes regularly a few years ago Really disappointed

Was never a customer but had an account to browse and was interested in purchasing in the future I got a notification from Google stating Your info was in a data breach and found on the dark web on Sep 6 2024 - LOOKIERO so sadly it looks like they ve been hacked and I ve received so many spam emails in my Inbox thanks to this

Subscribed to this earlier this year First order was ok and I kept 3 items two of which are very good quality the third questionable Since then been sent items that simply wouldn t suit me despite them having colours body shape and height Contacted customer services to cancel my subscription but now I see they want to send me another order Impossible to cancle

I liked the initial service but am having a major issue with my return They emailed me a photo that was not my return advising I d returned the wrong items I then sent a photo of my evri receipt and the evri tracking number as proof of ny return information but have had no reply The money has been taken from my account for the full order and I cannot get a reply from anyone

Only 1st box was really good but since then receiving poor quality highly priced basic clothing Stopped my subscription

I enjoyed my first box Good choices mostly Sent a couple back no problem However I then ordered a couple of other items separately and that s where the trouble has begun They have been dispatched 6 weeks ago but nothing has been delivered Money has been taken of course I ve contacted Lookiero numerous times the only way I can online but no response at all So have paid money but have no goods Appalling service Just an automated email saying sorry we re busy

I have been really enjoying getting these boxes but feel upset this time that the company have changed their policy without letting customers know You no longer get 25 discount for keeping all of your items but this has not been advertised Such a shame it could have been reduced rather than being completely scrapped I feel misled and may cancel my subscription
