What happened to the 25 off if we kept all the items Works out incredibly expensive for something I can buy cheaper on the high street

Lookiero is great fun and it s great to be sent clothes and not have to think about it There s always at least one piece I love and sometimes there s a whole box Great to do if you re a bit lost with what to wear and don t have time to shop for yourself

I have sent all the items back but been charged for ALL of them although they were sent back 3 weeks agoI am horrified as this has meant my current account has been cleared out Please help someone Awful experienceOk so Yes someone has now asked for the declaration and I have completed this I am more hopeful re getting a refund but it has been real hassleI will post an update when the issue has been resolvedVery frustrating not being able to speak to someoneLookiero please take this on boardHopefully I can leave a more positive review when I have received the refund Still no joyThey are claiming I have kept 3 itemsI have asked them to call mePlease can someone from Lookiero contact me 07984 313659All sorted now

UPDATE I received a response and got my money back for the two missing items They were helpful and prompt with giving the refund so thank you I was really please with my items I decided to keep three items and returned two in the bag provided to me I received an email from lookeiro confirming receipt of my return but that there was only one item in there not two and that the item was not one of their items I was subsequently charged 60 for these two items I have emailed Lookeiro on several occasions regarding the issue but have had no reply I can only assume that the package was tampered with and the two items stolen I ve logged a call with Evri as well There is no contact number for either Lookeiro or Evri and so I doubt I am going to get this issue resolved or my money back I ve cancelled my subscription as I don t want to have this experience every time I return an item Very disappointed as I really liked the items that I was sent and kept

I find returned goods take way to long money taken out of account before you receive any returned items

I ve had some lovely items from Lookiero occasionally which I have kept and bought not so much recently As with any of these companies it does seem to depend on which stylist you get Some really try and others haven t read your notes from other orders That said it s very convenient To a point I find Lookiero s return window to be short compared with the other company I use I work long hours nearly every day and it s not easy to get to a drop-off point in opening hours And I am not going to haul my box across London to drop it nearer work my work does not accept employee deliveries either I don t like the emails which are instantly generated Automatically generated or not I feel hassled as I just haven t been able to get to the drop off place yet Their parcels also take a while to arrive but then I guess are international So some nice clothes hit miss stylists annoying impatient emails which may not bother some people

This was my 4th time using Lookiero The first 3 times I was sent pictures of outfits to select 5 items from If I chose fewer than 5 the stylist would add surprise items So far so good and I ve purchased one item on each occasion which I ve been pleased with However on the 4th occasion I was surprised to see my Lookiero box was on its way before I had the opportunity to select the items Nothing I received was suitable similar to previous reviewer unsuitable for my body shape and lifestyle and all will need to be returned so I have lost 10 When I contacted Lookiero I expected to be told it was an error but instead I ve been told this is the standard process and being able to select items was a trial If I wanted to receive specific items I should have left a message for my stylist apparently This was never made clear Disappointing

Updated Review Although goods returned intact as they should ve been I was debited for these returned goods I have now have received my money back but it did feel that they were a little too eager to debit the money and should ve contacted me first to ascertain if the error was at my end because I hadn t returned goods or at their end because they had not checked goods in properly The weight of my return parcel confirmed goods were included in return In fairness the goods I receive and the idea behind what they do is very good but I believe their customer care needs a little more thought

Have had one box so far The clothes fit and I kept 3 5 items However I m a bit underwhelmed so far I m not convinced it is that personalised As for the clothes on offer it s not that directional or up to date I prefer to spend a bit more and get quality items but it is mostly mid-range high street and I m not convinced items will wear or wash well I might try another box in a couple of months and see if they have more of a range of things then

I didn t feel like the style and type of clothes I requested was taken into account I asked for winter clothes and only got spring outfits Even after rejecting the first picks online and explaining why I still got clothes out of season
