You Can Do Better Yourself

Quality of items poor style is absolutely not me and everything looks cheap and unimaginative Have cancelled Shame given the position with Stitch Fix I d have thought Lookeiro would be able to up their game and make the most of this opportunity Seems not

Customer service is defensive lost you a usually happy customer

Been using Lookiero for a little while but my recent box was completley not my style at all I checked my sneak peak an rejected all items and communicated that it was totally wrong Only to be sent a box of practically identical styles of items All items have been returned I communicated my complaint to Lookerio and received a very defensive response with absolutley no resolve for me the customer so I have completely cancelled my account

Poor quality clothes with non-existent styling

Have to agree with what many others have said about the styling and quality of clothing Just terrible I can only imagine they have a huge warehouse of end of the line reject clothes that they ship out at random to their customers Cancelled after second box - which was also delivered to entirely wrong address by EVRI Avoid

Cancelled subscription but still sent box

Trying to cancel your subscription with this company is near enough impossible There s nowhere in the app to simply cancel so I emailed back in January as per their instructions They ve just sent me another box April meaning my subscription is apparently still active I will be returning it and be writing another review if they take the subscription fee 10 out of my account Have emailed but I know these things are usually all automated Not even sure actual human beings work there It s a shame because the service is a great idea and I ve kept stuff in the past Nothing wrong with the quality or selection necessarily However my circumstances have changed and I don t want the service at the moment This is putting me off setting up another subscription with them in the future

Locks customers in without providing real value

1 No clear communication of what customers should expect from the service The 10 personal stylist charge seems like a scam to me when the stylist is simply selecting clothes from a set collection 2 Cancellation is extremely long difficult and unfriendly You have to contact customer care through email phone to contact Quite unacceptable that they don t make cancellations easy with a click of a button 3 Subjective Average clothes at a high price I felt I could have bought similar product design quality at M S Zara or Next at 30-50 lower price4 Poor communication from customer service After my designs were selected I told them that I wanted different designs yet no action was taken and I was sent the same designs Overall the attitude of the company towards its customers to lock them in before even purchase makes me want to discontinue the service and not recommend them to anyone else

Items are good customer service is poor

Items are usually good and I have really enjoyed receiving the boxes However the customer service is unhelpful and inflexible so reluctantly I have cancelled my subscription With my first delivery I had issues returning the bar code wouldn t scan at drop off points local to me Customer services not helpful at all My second box I wanted to keep all items and benefit from the 25 discount however one item was too small and no other sizes or alternatives available Customer service unwilling to resolve or offer any solution other than I return the item and lose my discount Entirely not bothered in losing custom

Returns service is disgraceful

I can t complain about the products they have been good quality However I am unable to return the goods in their time scales as there is no Evri drop off point in my town The nearest is 30 miles away I don t see the point in ordering online for convenience if I have to drive 30 miles to return anything or pay to return the products I will be cancelling and using Stitch fix who offer free Evri collection

A mixed experience

The clothing is sometimes very good quality but sometimes really poor quality The system is ingenious and works but the style can be frumpy - the obsession with prints prints and more prints leaves me wondering why The service is overpriced for what it is as some of the clothing is not worth the price tag I haven t found a better option otherwise I would have stopped already Finally there is no incentive and there are no rewards

Problem cancelling

Enjoyed the boxes at first but then the items got a bit repetitive Also my wardrobe is now full and I need to save some money I m disappointed that having cancelled my subscription weeks ago 10 has just been taken from my account and I ve had a message saying another box is on its way I hope this is a genuine error I ve messaged twice to try and sort I would have returned to Lookiero in future but this difficulty in cancelling has put me right off

Have emailed yous to cancel my subscription and you still keep sending me emails Sending items back was a pain as I have no local evri drop off so had get it collected from home took nearly two weeks for it to show up as received from me
