Not happy at mo

Not happy at mo with things happening in life I didn t send my items not required within the time so have now been charged the whole amount I only want one item and it will not even let me pay for one item or input my returns You cannot contact by phone and any messages have been ignored

Avoid at all costs - they have no customer service department

Things were going okay until I tried to return the clothes I didn t want They use evri but I couldn t get to a drop off point so I paid for evri to collect them instead But evri say they can t deliver to the address lookiero provided and have been trying to do so for 3 weeks I ve been trying to contact lookiero all this time but they have no phone number and only send chat-generated responses demanding the clothes are returned I feel like I ve been scammed as I m about to be charged for clothes I have returned I d avoid this company at all costs - having no phone number is a huge red flag -

Lookerio sells personal data

Lookerio sold all of my personal details online came up on google black web monitoring this included my full name dob phone number and address which is really creepy

Not informed of the data breach

I have been a customer for 4 years now and I recently discovered my details were leaked in a data breach Lookiero never reached out to me to let me know didn t even advise me to change my password I discovered this online I tried to contact them twice to find out more information Completely ignored Really upset that they would treat me this way so therefore I have had to cancel my account It s also frustrating to see that other reviewers have mentioned this data breach and the company tell them to contact them via the contact form which they don t respond to Very disappointing

Very unhappy with customer service

I have used Lookiero a number of times and have had no issues with purchases and returns However I returned 3 items with my most recent order one of the items had been sent in the wrong size and was emailed to say there were only 2 items in the return box There was absolutely 3 as the item they are saying was not returned was the item in the wrong size I have now been asked to send them ID and a signed affidavit I have refused to do this for their mistake and repeatedly asked for the complaint to be forwarded to a manager Still getting responses from the same person saying to return said documents or they will close the complaint I will not be using this company again unless this is sorted

Stealing money and fraud

Lookiero have taken out a lot of money from my account and I sent my parcel back Their support team are atrocious and just say they cant do anything This is stealing and fraud If a Lookiero advisor can contact me to resolve this I would much appreciate it as I know they follow these reviews don t just tell me to go to support as they are useless I got told last time I had a complaint that they couldn t do anything and I spoke to a few others and I eventually got help and it was resolved

Fraudulent or incompetent Who knows

They re either potentially fraudulent have a thief in their warehouse or they are incompetent My wife sent back the box with some items she didn t want only to be told that one of the items wasn t there and she would be charged despite it being included in the box Fast forward a week a few complaint emails and she has received a document drafted by a solicitor to be signed within 3 days along with a copy of identification before they will refund the money for the item they already have No explanation as to what signing it means or how it resolves the situation If you look this is not the first missing item this company has had issue with something doesn t seem right to me Dont use this company if you value your privacy or your hard earned cash

Data Breach There has been a data breach in regards to my details from this company This company didn t inform me of this Checking my security in google did I m truly disappointed that this company didn t inform me Sensitive data should be protected if this happens then people should be made aware of it

Stealing Fraud

Following on from Stealing Fraud review I contacted support as requested by the person who replied to my 1 star review on Trust pilot which was a lovely reply that they would help me and have still not had a reply 5 x working days later from the support team I even quoted the trust pilot review reply Can you explain to me why this is happening Are your support team just ignoring the difficult queries

Avoid these crooks

In common with others who have reviewed I was pleased with my first box and had planned to keep using the company However After returning three of the items using their process I then received an email telling me the most expensive item boots was missing from my return and querying whether I had forgotten to return them Meantime they had charged me again for the whole contents of the box I immediately got in touch and was refunded for two of the items however they then requested I sign an affidavit and send a copy of my passport or driving license to confirm I had retuned the boots I have reluctantly done so despite it seeming dodgy and have still had two further emails saying they haven t received the correct documents Still awaiting the refund for an item I sent back in good faith avoid these absolute sharks
