I tried signing up to this company and

I tried signing up to this company and filled out my profile but then when I started doing more digging I realised that there is hidden information form the customer Firstly you ask to enter the card number to sign up but there is no where that it shows how much the clothing will cost me on top of the 10 Secondly there is no customer service contact number so that worried me as I would get very very unhappy if I couldn t communicate properly about any issues I would be careful with this company Feels like another typical money making scheme Profit over customer satisfaction Having also read so many bad reviews I decided to give this a miss No genuine company has limited contact information and hides how much their items cost

What an absolute Nightmare to cancel

What an absolute Nightmare to cancel Clothes are of good quality but pricey I believed I had cancelled the whole subscription the last time I received the clothing only to establish that another box is on the way which I have had the pleasure of paying another 10 for I have requested this to be cancelled several times and apparently I had only altered the subscription but there is no option to cancel online and on email they don t acknowledge the fact I wish to cancel such frustration

Good but could be better with a few weeks

Improve the look and like feature Sometimes I like the style but not the colour design and vice versa sometimes I like the colour design and not the style Allow the stylist access to items you have liked on the main page Have the stylist stick to your brief for example if I have said in previous comments that I do not like a particular thing then dont send any Eg in the past I have said I am trying to avoid black and yet 4 out of the 5 items I was sent in my last box were black On any occasion you are sent any items that you have expressed a dislike for you should be able to return exchange for a different item without any penalty Allow for larger sizes I love the styling cards with items that you have already bought

Don t get sucked in

Great styling have me ideas if never usually choose But expensive for what the clothes are I expect prices to be slightly inflated compared to Primark or supermarket clothes but not by what felt like easily 500 more Do yourself a favour don t get sucked in by Lookiero

Shame returns are so inconvenient

I have really enjoyed the idea behind the service however I have now cancelled My first delivery was OK and I kept one item but returned the next lot as nothing suited me This is not why I cancelled though it was simply because I do not have an evri drop off locally as stated in their list and I simply cannot travel 30miles just to get the parcel sent back Very sad to leave as love lookerio so if their is an alternative way to return the items I would rejoin

Dark Web Data Breach

I absolutely loved this service I subscribed for a few months and got some really lovely pieces from them My issues is the Dark Web Data Breach I have seen other people leaving reviews and feedback online about this also - but nothing from Lookiero in response Our personal data mobile phone home address name email password was leaked onto the dark web and we weren t notified at all I got notification from google that all of the data that I gave lookiero my full name full email address password and even my mobile phone number and my private home address was found on the dark web and the source was Lookiero This can happen to any business but I d expect an immediate response from the company to inform peoples as quickly as they can

Help needed Lookiero returns

Hi there Lookiero team writing here as I can t find a correct email address - I have tried a few Or if anyone with similar experience can help please Hope all s well I placed an order on 2nd March collected my parcel on 11th March evening I went to ship my returns at evri drop off centre yesterday however it cannot recognize the QR code that was given on the returns envelope I had checked out online for the returns before 15 March Can you please help or send me another returns envelope please Many thanks Sneha

Black jacket

Wore black jacket for 1st time the black dye came out of jacket stained the sleeves on my cream jumper so very disappointed with purchase

The clothes are wonderful

The clothes are wonderful The personal stylist is also wonderful The price is very high The communication is horrible only by email and it takes 24 hours or more to respond Unfortunately I will no longer participate due to the price and difficulty communicating with support

I m not impressed with Lookiero

I m not impressed with Lookiero It s a nice idea but the garment quality is pretty low I postponed by box for 3 months then decided to cancel which was virtually impossible They don t make it easy online so I emailed them three times and was ignored three times You have to cancel your box to cancel the order but I don t believe my subscription is fully cancelled so I ll contact my bank Terrible communication considering the personal shopper service Should and could do better
