Absolutely terrible customer service My box was never delivered to me I have sent six emails with no response at all Do not trust this company

Items were absolutely shocking quality cheap fabrics and none fit Returned all items but they then charged me claiming some hadnt been returned Poor customer service and contact They then said i needed to sign an affidavid and send a copy of my passport to prove who i was I signed the affidavid but refused to send the copy of my passport fraud and they then refused the refund Absolute thieves avoid like the plague

I m thoroughly disappointed with Lookiero s service and customer support I gave their Personal Shopper service a try but the items I received were far from acceptable One item was itchy and uncomfortable while the rest didn t fit properly It s frustrating to pay a 10 styling fee when the selections missed the mark so badly on comfort and fit I reached out to request the unused 10 styling credit be applied toward my next box given the poor experience but the responses I received from customer support were dismissive and robotic Despite multiple attempts to clarify my concerns the answers were repetitive and unhelpful failing to address the issue at hand While I understand the styling fee policy it feels incredibly unfair to charge for advice that results in items I can t wear The generic responses and lack of empathy made the situation even worse I had hoped for a better experience but Lookiero has left me feeling undervalued as a customer I won t be recommending this service

My first and only box arrived a week earlier than the date I d selected on Christmas Eve Then I was given only 5 days to decide on what I wanted to keep despite it being the Christmas holiday I d given lots of information about my preferences but what arrived was very frumpy and unexciting It didn t seem that the stylist had even looked at my answers I returned the lot losing out on the 10 styling fee The items in the box averaged at about 35 each which I find reasonable but the personal part of having a personal stylist was completely missing

Please do not sign up to this I returned all my items but they said that I didn t and promptly took nearly 50 from me Of course there is no response to my emails and I have no way to proove that I returned all 5 items Very disappointed Something about this company tells me that this is a scamming company Also the clothes they sent in my second and last box were all completely wrong for my size and requests

I received my first box and like the clothing but felt it a bit pricey for me so sent all back with no problem I cancelled my subscription 14th Nov and have an email from Lookiero to confirm this however I have just been charged another 10 and have been sent another box I have sent am enquiry form 5 days ago and have had no response

I ve been considering Lookiero for a while so was very excited when my box arrived The items were chosen well but two items were too big I returned the items but when the size change came back only one of the two items arrived I contacted Lookiero who then asked for photos to prove that both items were in the parcel I returned and that only one item was in the parcel I opened Obviously like everybody else I did not take these photos Lookiero then also asked me to send an affidavit to declare that this information was correct and to include my photo ID I found this strange and then investigated only to find a few concerns about GDPR breaches of people who sent their IDs So please if you are tempted avoid at all cost I have lost 80 for an item I paid for but never received There is also no number to ring when things go wrong

Dreadful customer service will never use Lookiero again They automatically charged me for items that I returned It is finally resolved but I had to contact the bank for them to dispute the charges as lookerio stopped responding to my emails This left me feeling frustrated and helpless They assumed that I was me at fault when the burden is theirs Never use Lookerio This is such a shame as I loved the concept but they can t be trusted and don t seem to care about their customers

I have wasted months trying to establish exactly what data was hacked so that I could protect it and even with the ICO and the CEO copied in they couldn t have cared any less Whilst I was receiving phishing emails and spam on a daily basis purely because of this company s negligence when it did bother to reply it wouldn t provide the information despite being required by law and ended every email with some passive aggressive line like have an incredible evening They didn t proactively contact me to let me know about the breach I was left to investigate it myself I haven t ever been a customer so no idea how they got my data in the first place Regardless of whether you d like to give your likely hard earned money to people like this in the first place their response to an incredibly serious data breach is really quite telling as to how little they care about it or you

PLEASE READThis is a total scam It s been picked up on 2 different well known malware products that this company exposed the password that I used for them on to the dark web Luckily I use a different one for companies I m not fully aware of If you ve signed up for this company with a regular password then please change your password on any apps or websites that can be abused or where there s access to your payment options
