I ve been using this app for the last two years and I love it It s so relaxing that I frequently fall asleep before I even finish my sleepscape I noticed that multiple users had an issue this month with their accounts being locked I suspect it s due to the change in subscription model and early adopters legacy accounts were mistakenly impacted The support team immediately found a resolution for this issue and also reimbursed for the days I was locked out I hope this isn t an issue again when it s time for my yearly subscription to bill Anyhow this app is amazing and I suggest it to anyone I know that has issues falling asleep I typically do not spend much on apps whatsoever but I plan to continue my subscription to Loona and or become a lifetime subscriber Bonus one narrator has the same voice as Ty Burrell I really thought it was him initially It s such a pleasure falling asleep to his soothing voice

Both myself and my 10 year old love this app I find it s helpful in alleviating anxieties and helping me drift off to sleep I recently had an issue with my membership and the team at Loona sorted in out in a couple of days with excellent customer service I highly recommend this app

This app is so well done The graphics are amazing stories are engaging and interesting the narrator s voice are perfect That it helps you sleep is a big plus but even if it were not for sleep it s a great tool for mindfulness and relaxation Great job

I really love this app - the music is relaxing the narrator s voices are soothing and the escapes are absolutely lovely with an interesting variety Customer service has always been very responsive friendly and helpful I use the app for better wind-down and sleep and often listen to the Work Study music during the day I highly recommend the Lo na app

Hard to explain how magical I find this app Folks remember generally you get what you pay for and Loona is worth every dollar of their annual subscription The scripts and the stories and the sleepscapes have the kind of polish and detail you experience in a movie production The sleepsape is like an adult-version of a coloring book on steroids The experience is so emersive so relaxing and I even use it during the day for the music to calm my anxiety You are paying for these artists to continue to create and be able to give their gift of magic to us I ve listened to YouTube videos to help you sleep etc Trust me Loona is on a completely different level in a category by itself I use it daily several times for different purposes Fantastic investment in my emotional health

I couldn t be without Lo na now Been using it for six months and it s as much a part of my night time routine as brushing my teeth The sleepscapes are incredibly calming and soothing I find myself going back to favourites like they re old friends Would recommend to anyone with anxiety or sleep issues

I would recommend this to anyone who has any trouble falling asleep or wanting to go to sleep My husband loves watching tv so I watch it with him but it makes it hard for me to want to go to sleep sometimes This is the perfect bedtime transition in our digital age it makes bedtime very enjoyable helps me disengage from any negative mental landslides and makes me smile

Before finding this app I was up until 2 3 or 4 am playing games on my phone trying to force my eyes to get tired because I can t shut my brain off enough to fall asleep I saw several adds for this before I caved and tried it and now I m mad at myself for not trying it sooner Absolutely a game changer for me I m able to fall asleep fast one or maybe 2 sleep escapes if it s a bad day but I m sleeping soundly through the night listening to the music on loona The graphics are phenomenal the music is amazing the narration is perfect and the interactive parts of each escape are just plain fun and relaxing I highly recommend this app for anyone especially those with anxiety or those who have issues getting their brain to slow down at night A truly incredible experience every single night

Excellent customer service They responded promptly to my request for a refund and reconsidered my circumstances when I had difficulty cancelling within the free trial period I didn t have the bandwidth to try this app for my daughter s sake but I will see if she wants to try it on her own It seems like a high quality app that had great reviews from others

I accidentally started two Loona trials on two different devices I was happy to continue with the paid annual subscription but because of the two trials started at once I was charged twice Loona quickly refunded one of the annual subscriptions Their bedtime sleepscapes music and stories are a treasure trove and both my daughter and I love them We do the sleepscapes together Truly a wonderfully made product
