I really do love this app

I really do love this app I use it every night for sleep and even my toddler loves the escapes I recommend this app to everyone I saw the 1stars reviews and see that maybe I won t recommend the free trial I got the lifetime version and that is the best app I have ever bought My favorite app that I cannot wait to use at night Just don t do free trial Cause to me it s sooo worth it

This app is wonderful

This app is wonderful The only change I would request would be to allow 5-15 seconds rewinds without having to start over because sometimes I miss what was said

Great app for sleep from personal experience I can say that it works over time as it has a cumulative effect It s not just a coloring book

Had to request a refund after a mistake in signing up for a free trial but they were incredibly helpful and friendly and sorted it out very quickly I m really impressed

My account was charged the wrong amount and I contacted support who got back to me within a day and corrected the problem I am grateful because I love using the program and did not want to quit

Loona is a beautiful product that I ve used for years I ve had two interactions with their support team for technical issues and the team was polite and prompt in solving the issues both times

A Mesmerizing App and Wonderful Customer Service

I have really enjoyed this app for a few years now I have a monthly subscription which I find very reasonable The app has grown over the years and I love it even more and my price hasn t changed I find the entire app beautiful and mesmerizing And recently I come across a slight problem and they were able to fix this without once making me feel like it was my fault

I wasn t sure that this would work for me but it has been awesome I m not clear on why or how but my racing thoughts have simmered down I m falling asleep much faster more easily I really enjoy having this as part of my bedtime routine
