To Loona And everyone out there I highly valued the concept of the App and purchased the 99 cents for 2 weeks trial After 1 single trial when I wanted to use it again the 2nd time I started to have pages coming at me like an obstacle course Those pages wanted to charge me more every time I clicked on them When I was not able to get in and use trial experience the App I connected via Email to explain this also expressed my disappointment and asked to be unsubscribed The support team was insistent that I d give an other try I thought that is reasonable and I did Only at the 3rd Email I started to receive practical guidance WHERE to log in This vital info was not part of my welcoming Emails After couple more back and forth I managed to explain to customer care that my enthusiasm is really gone for now and all I wish to do just to unsubscribe After repeated reasoning I received a kind and accepting Email while I had to work for my case all in all though the team was helpful and they have even sent a courtesy mail to follow up on me when I was silent for more than a day So I did appreciate the good intention It seems to me for those of us who ended up upset feeling like being taken advantage of or cheated we simply did not have a clue first up where to log in This is a huge piece of information here as I still believe in the quality of this service and good intentions of the marketer team Understandably it will be a problem for us newbies if all kinds of buy again pages pop up instead of the login area I personally easily get flustered anxious and upset so I tend to want to instinctively veer away from any kind of scammy feeling situation Based on my analysis of most reviews that I have read to understand better what seems to happen there is no middle ground in the feedbacks that proves a pure misunderstanding It might very well be an easily fixable technical glitch that lets this seemingly wonderful app and a genuine team behind it down along with all of us who really wanted to have a go And I do have a feeling that this is an accurate observation based on all of the 5 star reviews from those who managed to use it by getting into the right area right away Please Team look into this as this tech oversight costs so much on both sides gives rise to losing so much joy your connection to appreciative crowds and well-deserved sales profit after all your hard work to develop this fabulous concept I would love to give this a go one day My mind remained open But for those of us with anxiety issues this problem not only doesn t relax us it upsets us further if that makes sense that flies against the very benefits this concept was made for Thank you Dear All for reading I hope I contributed some value here for more clarity Wishing Everyone All the Best CheersMarchie QLD - Australia
